Q: Can the trustees of the ghusal khana force family or burial societies using the facility to pay a fee for use of the ghusal facility?

Q: My husband when something happens like wrong or even good sometimes he says oh lord, is it permissible? He says it regularly. Sometimes he says oh paak Allah oh Allah. After he said oh lord. The other day I said oh lord too.

ینزل ربنا عز و جل کل لیلة الی سماء الدنیا حین یبقی ثلث اللیل الاخر فیقول من یدعونی فاستجیب له من یسئلنی فاعطیه من یستغفرنی فاغفر له

How do we understand this? Is All Allah Ta'ala's speech qadeem?
