Q: A girl liked a guy. The guy's parents contacted girl's parents several times for marriage but girl's parents always refused thinking it as an inappropriate match due to lack of guy's religious commitment and financial stability .The girl left home and did nikah in absence of any of her wali. Now the guy's parents are inviting girl's parents on Walima ceremony. What should girl's parents do? Their daughter disobeyed them and embarrassed them in front of the society. What are the 'sila rehmi' requirements here for parents?

Q: Will words like

1. "Go leave , what do you think that I am happy with you.. no I am not ...you are here just because of our daughter otherwise I would have left you long ago "

2) "I cannot take it anymore...leave...i can not do it anymore...she is on her own I don't care anymore" And other things like this mentioning that one is suffocated in the relationship want to end it but he's helpless... would these situations mean that divorce is given?

Q: I am a Hanfi. I want to ask that if someone swears by God or by Quran that I will not do this evil or any sinful thing for this much time and if I done it, Allah should made me kafir. Then if he cant keep it, what will happen, Is he going to be a kafir or not?

Q: I am leaving for umrah but will be spending a night and day in Jeddah. I have been told that my brother and I can wear our ihraam in Jeddah before we leave for Makkah the next day. Please clarify if this is true.

1. A person is compiling a directory. Is it permissible for him to include the following places with their addresses and telephone numbers in the directory; escort agencies, liquor stores, churches, temples, casinos etc?

2. If someone asks you to assist him to find the addresses and telephone numbers of the following places; escort agencies, liquor stores, churches, temples, casinos etc, is it permissible for you to assist him in this regard?

Q: Is it permissible to make announcements before and after the Janazah Salaah for people to claim the money that the deceased owed them?

Q: Can one contribute to the burial of a minor non-Muslim child considering that all children are born Muslims?

Q: If an agreement is reached with the non Muslim family that the Muslims will do the ghusal, kafan and janaza namaz and thereafter hand over the body to the deceased’s non Muslim family. Will this be incorrect?

Q: If a Muslim was buried in a non-Muslim graveyard by his non-Muslims relatives, and ghusal and the Janaazah Salaah were not performed prior to the burial, can the body be exhumed for the ghusal and Janaazah Salaah to be performed? 

Q: Can Janaazah Salaah be performed for a deceased who passes away in a) another country, b) drowned or involved in a plane crash where the body has not been recovered?
