Q: If a person had committed suicide, where should he be buried? 

Q: I was asked this by a friend, if a person, in his teenage years led one fajr salaah in the state of janaabat, what amends does he have to carry out in order to make this right with Allaah Ta'ala? This happened in 2006. He does not know the exact date of the salaah.

Q: I had an outpatient surgical procedure on my back this morning. Al-Hamdu-Lillah, it went well. However, I was put to sleep for the procedure and am now home. Subban'allah, I was able to pray Salat Fajr early this morning before departing for the hospital - however, I was still in recovery semi conscious when Dhuhr Salah time came and went. I greatly desire to offer Asr, Maagrib and Isha today - however, I am still in tremendous pain from the procedure, am still foggy and not clear headed from the anesthesia and post surgical pain medication I was given (I was in excruciating pain after waking up), am feeling nauseous from the anesthesia - and also wonder how do I make wudu given the fresh wound of the place of the IV is on my hand? Should I try to get in the prayers today under the circumstances, or would it be better to wait until tomorrow when I will be stronger, more clear-headed and in far less pain in order to pray with proper concentration and make up the missed prayers after offering regular Salah at their proper times? I am still dizzy from the medications I was given today and right now am laying down and not in the state of wudu. I'm very concerned and don't know what the right thing to do is.

Q: Due to our daughter's illness, all our concentration were on her health as she has by birth problem. Me and my wife didn't perform any husband and wife activity since last three years as we are more worried about our daughter's condition and her health. For not performing any action of husband and wife, is there any effect on our Nikaah? All we did is mutually agreed. Please advise.

Q: Kindly guide me if ayat 53 of surah 39 being read alone without combining with ayat 54 gives a wrong notion of unconditional forgiveness from Haq Ta'ala, which is actually not the case and reform towards right path and leaving of deliberate sinning is a must for expecting His forgiveness. When ayat 53 alone is recited or explained in public, it sort of copies other religions prevailing preaching that do what you may, God is merciful. Similarly our religion is being pushed into the same concept of continue living a life of sins but along with also pray and fast and do pilgrimages and everything will be forgiven.
