Q: What is ruling of celebrating the prophet's birthday. There is a authentic hadith that Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) was born in rabiyul awal 12. Ibnu taymmiyya mention mawlid in nabi.

Q: My question is pertaining to Ibnu taymiyyah. He is someone that deemed the Mongol invaders of the Muslim world to be non Muslim as they didn't rule according to the Law of Allah, he didn't say the same though about his own rulers even though they were not exactly entirely applying sharia and he was loyal to them and never instructed jihad against them. Did he do so on the grounds he thought it is wrong to fight the ruler or did he not deem his rulers as non Muslim in the same way he did the Mongols and if so why didn't he deem his own Mamluk rulers also non Muslim for not ruling by the Law of Allah?

Q: I want to ask if Allah Ta'ala thinks of a person that is thinking of Him aside from doing fards and sunnats? For example everytime I’m alone and I start to think/remember of Allah, His greatness, Sovereignty, Excellence etc. will He also think of/remember me the way I think of/remember Him?

Q: I listen to Islamic lectures, 6 points and talks all the time and I always forget what they say almost instantly but afterwards if someone talks about a section from it I am able to easily recall it most of the time. But sometimes when I am in Jamat/Tableegh/Path of Allah, and I become appointed to give a bayaan/ talk on 6 points or something I can barely recall or access anything in my memory even though I have so much knowledge about it somewhere in my memory. What should I do?

Q: I sometimes find after performing Salaah, a little dirt under my nails. Most often my nails are short. What will be the condition of my Salaah? Is it valid?

Q: Can both parents sleep with their own child of 10-11 years of age on the same bed because of the lack of space in the room? Would this not affect the parents marriage?

Q: Is it necessary for a hanafi to pray zohr salaah before misl-e-awwal? Due to some reason can a hanafi pray zohr salah after misl-e-awwal?

1. Can we make decorations out of scrap which will turn out to like a living thing? e.g. making a fish looking hanging decoration from disposable plates?

2. There are some movies based on the real islamic history, seerah or life story of a nabi or a sahaabi. Can we show them to kids?

Q: From the past few nights, I hear azaan in the water sounds and sometime sudden azaan sound strikes my ears. Why is it so?

Q: I would like to know the masnoon way of doing miswaak. Should it be right to left in one go which would be the "length" of the mouth and the "breadth" of the teeth or is it to be done in an up down motion on each tooth starting with the tooth on top on the right which would then be the "length" of the teeth and the "breadth" of the mouth?
