Should I accept the money from him since he is not sure who has stolen it and vaguely remembers that I have given him the jewellery. Q: I work on a coal mine, where the roof is not high enough to allow one to stand up straight. We work morning shift for a week and night shift the next week. Dhuhr is delayed until returning to surface when working morning shift, however salaah is performed underground when working afternoon shift. As one is required to stand upright, is it required to a) sit and pray (and then repeat the parayer when on surface) or b) stand and pray (even though one stands slightly crouched)?
Q: Why is it not allowed to read Qur'an in front of the deceased before ghusal? I have found in many places where the deceased are kept for 5-6 hours without ghusal so that all relatives can come and see the face of the deceased for the last time and then buried immediately after the ghusal of the deceased.
