Q: I read the fatwa regarding rental based on percentage of turnover being impermissible. I would like to query further that in the case where the landlord fixes a maximum amount for the rental, so that in the event of the turnover being a very large amount, the rental will not surpass the ceiling that has been fixed for the rental, will the ruling change in anyway? Most commercial properties work in this way and many tenants request this type of an agreement and are pleased with it.

Q: Can my wife live with me in a home where my brothers and sisters also live? What is the Islamic view on this matter?

1. If I see a wet dream and I am wearing a pad, does it make the bed sheet najis if there are no signs of impurity on it? Should I change the bedsheet

2. I keep my scarf for prayer on the same bed. Has it become najis?

3. If I put clean wet or dry clothes on the same bedsheet, will they become impure?

Q: Does touching one's private part break one's whudhu even if it maybe a necessity?

Q: If a person misses sajdah-e-tilaawah while performing salaah e.g. he was reciting a surah which had a verse of sajdah, but he did not remember to perform the sajdah, is he required to repeat the salaah? 

Q: If I missed six or more Salaah in total then I am not a Saahib-e-tarteeb. What if I perform all my qadha Salaah? Will I become a Saahib-e-tarteeb again?

Q: Is it permissible for me to perform the zuhr salah late at home just during the winter, rather than having to pray every single day at school during the winter?

Q: There is this particular place where there are meat shops and vegetable/fruit areas. This place is also flocked with men and I can't keep my eyes averted from them on the floor for long. I usually ask my parents not to go there, or at least leave me home, but we usually always go there since that is about the only place we know to buy meat from. What should I do in this situation? I do cover my face and body before stepping out, but my eyes are exposed.

Q: Is it okay for me to listen to rijaal voice for Qur'an? I don't have any specific Qari but my tajweed isn't good so I downloaded mp3 version of the whole Qur'an--rijaal voice. If it is permissible, which Imam/Qari should I listen to?

Q: Do girls have to perform wudhu or shower after vaginal discharge? This white colored emission has been happening before puberty. My Umm says she's not sure in this case but it is better to perform wudhu. I do know that we have to do ghusal after periods but the white discharge emits at irregular times regularly--sometimes even when in the middle of the salaah.
