Salaah: During prayer, I have a problem to recite properly and I focus on correct pronunciations. So I have to repeat again and again. Due to this my prayer goes too long. Even my four rakaats complete in 20 to 25 mins (one rakat takes 5 to 7 mins ). Zuhr takes one hour 10 mins. Please help me.

Wudu: If a person pours and splashes water on face three times and later on during salaah some doubts comes to mind weather his face was fully wet or not so what should he do? Continue to perform salaah or break the salaah and do wudhu again?

Q: I am married for 16 years. I am 43 years old and my wife is 38 Years old. We have a son of 13 Years Old. My wife does not want more children. However our relation is otherwise normal. Should I force her for more kids? If I would not force her, will I be sinner? Please suggest.

Q: I had three questions regarding interest:

1. Is a mortgage (on interest) permissible in Islam to purchase a family home?

2. If my parents are pressuring me into purchasing a family home through mortgage rather than renting, am I under obligation to listen to them?

3. If I make a total of the amount of interest my father pays on a regular basis with the intention of persuading him to reduce his loans, is this permissible, and would this be considered “recording interest” which is forbidden in hadith?

Q: Can I travel without a mahram to a different country for my brother's wedding? My husband can't go and he won't let me go without a mahram. If he has already said it to me once and I still have to go, then will he be sinning for letting me go? Won't it be my decision if I want to go or not to go? Is he allowed to force me to do something?

Q: Please can you advise if a bed sheet with stains (possibly not najis, possibly sweat or drooling saliva) has been washed in the washing machine with other stuff but the stain has not been removed fully then is the sheet as well as other stuff rendered impure even after 5 rinses and spins or is it paak. Also is raw fleshy skin due to a burn peeling off on the arm considered pure?

Q: Where I work, we offer the 2.5% settlement discount for all customers if they pay their account within 30 days. This is a practice followed by the business over 30 years and all major customers take this if the ones that pay by the 7th of the following month. we allow this although it is not within the period. is this 2.5% also not allowed. Also, with our holding company (foreign based), we get a 3% discount if we pay the invoices within 14 days from when goods are invoiced. if we pay after 14 days, we cannot take the discount and our credit terms intra group is 60 days. Please let us know whether the practices are allowed as I am in charge of the payments.
