Is the Roudah Mubaarak greater than the Arsh of Allah Ta'ala?

(1) A lady distributing expensive chocolates to friends, members of her household, and extended family on the Day of Aashura.

Q: I am 18 and I can't grow beard. I have only 5 or 6 hairs on my chin. So should I grow those hairs and live the sunnah or should I wait for a full beard?
