Q: I have been married for two years and and we are trying for a baby from the beginning onwards but still there is no pregnancy due to which we went to a fertility clinic which was a female doctor. After investigation the doctor had instructed to perform HSG test for my wife, (it's a kind of test that they will insert some instrument into a women's genital and check inside for the blockage) and she also said that there is only one doctor to perform in the whole state but its a male doctor who is very experienced and aged around 75 years. My question is weather it is allowed in Islam to perform these kind of tests with a male doctor?

Q:

1. If one is in half asleep and somehow realizes what he is doing but can not really think straight because he is half asleep and utters "talaaq" while the wife is somehow in the mind, does this count? The person could not really think about what he is doing or saying.

2. If someone mistakenly utters this word while just doing something and somehow thinking about the wife but there was no intention, but like a slip of the tongue, does this count?

Q: I performed umrah, and after performing tawaaf, but before performing the Waajibut Tawaaf Salaah, I realized that I had forgotten to open my right shoulder while performing tawaaf. However, I completed the remainder of the umrah. What is the ruling regarding leaving the right shoulder open? Is my tawaaf valid, and do I need to give any damm?

Q: I need origin and pronounciation for these names Aiza, Zaina, Simrah, Laiba? I am very confused. I want to keep Aiza and Zaina, but don't have proper pronounciation for this name. For Laiba some say it is not a good name to keep as it has different meaning in Arabic, now for Simrah some say the name doesn't exist? Please need details about these four names?

Q: I have some bank interest money. Can I give it to my real brother because he is not financially strong and he is living with me with his family? Q: Why do certain Ulama discourage from holding wedding functions or any other function in a hall? I don't see any problem in using the hall as a venue to host one's functions. Could you please explain to me the correct Islamic perspective in this issue?
