Q: How would you divide an estate where a man only has a wife and two daughters? The man had a mentally retarded brother who was never married and has already passed on. Will the grandson also inherit if his mother is still alive?

Is it permissible if my father (her father in-law) picks her up and brings her back home and be her mahram if her husband is tied up with work? Q: My question is that I came to KSA from Karachi two months back to my parents and I don't like it here at all. I am 23 years old and I lived all my life in Pakistan. I am used to the lifestyle of Pakistan. I tried to compromise and live here but I can't anymore! I pray regularly Alhumdulelah and believe that only Allah Ta'ala can help me. But my parents are not thinking about me. I didn't eat for 5 days but they're not bothered. They're giving excuses that we spent so much money to bring you here and now you want to go. I collected my money for exit visa and ticket also so that I don't burden them. I have my home back in Karachi and my elder brother lives there too. It is no problem if I go live there but my parents are making it a problem. I hav faith that if Allah wills, He can help me. No one else can stop me then! But sometimes I become weak and feel like committing suicide so that they can save their money properly! I am afraid I might do something wrong with myself.

Q: What to do if a wife asks her husband to make a promise to not even touch her till death (maut tak, married in 2015)? Must he make sabar?

Q: I have a number of confusions about Salaah and will be grateful for clarification.

1. If one recites Surah Fatiha in part but fears a mistake or miss pronunciation and recites it again from the start, will sajdah-e-sahw become waajib? If yes, what portion of Fatiha repetition will invoke it?

2. Sitting in tashahud position, if I am tired and my hands roll beyond the thighs with fingers running over my knees, how bad is this?

3. In summer, I have a habit of folding up my shirt sleeves well above the wrists and trousers well above the ankles and perform my Salah in the same state. I am told that this is forbidden, how bad is it if one folds one's garments up in Salah? If my lower garment reaches my ankles, (men's ankles should be exposed) is tucking trousers up at waste or folding at the bottom, still forbidden? I live in a cold country, We don't get garments made these days, we buy clothes ready made, whatever we get and sometime these are a little oversize, out of difficulty and not arrogance. How can one reconcile?

Q: While a woman is on a birth control pill, she may experience breakthrough bleeding (which is not haidh but blood accumulates in the private area, which does not flow out, but can be seen when one wipes there). Is it permissible to read Salaah when this occurs? And is intercourse permissible then?
