Ambiguous words of talaaq

Q: What is the definition of talaaq? Can a person judge a talaaq on me if I did not have the intention of giving a talaaq? In other words. Can another person decide what was in my thoughts and in my heart when I said something and judge it to be a talaaq, even though I had no such intention?

Asking forgiveness from people whom one has hurt

Q: I have a question regarding asking forgiveness from people whom one has hurt or cheated. I did hurt a few people in past, had arguments too. Later when I apologised they said they forgive me and asked me not to contact them ever again. My question is I sometimes get a feeling they might have said so in anger and not meant to forgive me, later on when they might remember any of the things they might again have ill feeling against me. So how do I approach this situation. Are there any specific deeds I can carry out (for eg:making charity and duas in their favour etc) or should I have to contact them (I fear talking to them again might cause more arguments ;both the person's are non-mahrmam) kindly help. Jazak Allahu khair.

Mastooraat Jamaat

Q: I spent four months in tableeghi jamath and I am attached with this jamaat. I have some questions regarding masturath (ladies). Can I go in jamaat with my wife, sister, mother? Is it acceptable in shariah or should I only spend time in jamaat?

Inheritance

Q: My grandmother is dead and the entire estate is in my grandfathers grip. During my grandfathers life time he stated that after his death his two factories would be inherited by his 3 sons and out of the 2 houses one to the sons and one to 2 daughters. He even gifted them plots And always helped the children with money. Wasn't that unfair or unjust towards the daughters. And actually the sons earn from that business and live in that house. So, whats the masaail would it be ok if the daughters forgive my grandfather and their brothers.
