Q: I am a Muslim living in a non Muslim country. Our neighbour is a non Muslim lady drug addict. I am always afraid of some kind of harm from her as she is not in her senses most of the time. Am I still obligated to look after my neighbour and offer her food etc on a daily basis?
Q: I have a question regarding talaaq. My husband once said talaaq to me only one talaaq word, while we were having a fight. Is that considered talaq? He has said only one time. I have asked one mufti, he said its not considered talaaq. If you wish to reconcile and forgive each other within the time. So we came back together. But it makes me still feel if we are living halaal life or am I committing a sin. Once before he said once "tum mere tariff se fairgh ho" in way to let go of my life but he didn't mean talaaq. We contacted a mufti, he said to not use these words and it's not talaaq as my husband didn't mean talaaq. He swore by god that he didn't mean talaaq and neither he thought about it (this happened before he said one word of talaq). Please explain.
Q: I was in nikaah with a girl. Her father made one condition in nikaah that if you talaaq my daughter or she get's khula, you have to pay 10 lacs. My question is that is this according to Shari'ah or not?
Q: There is a verse in Suratul Baqaraah of the Quran where Allah (Ta'ala) said the infidels should be killed. A friend of my mine has asked me the meaning of this verse and I told him that the infidels referred to are those that attack you first. Am sincerely not sure of this answer. I need the right answer.
Q: My elder brother passed away in 2012 aboard. He was married in 1997. But from the 20th till his death they living separate. They don't have any kids. His wife wants to stay independent from our family. Now after his death she comes to us and asking for all his properties which he gave us to handle. We told her what Shar'iah told, we are ready for that but she told us we are Indian. She wants Indian law as here for Hindus. What does Shar'iah say about this matter? Please advise.

The imam that married us was aware that she was pregnant but he did not make us do tobah. We got married and then we had repented for what we had done. We both were not aware at the time that you must repent or the marriage may be invalid. It has been four years since and I wish to know is our marriage valid or invalid.
Q: I'm in a relationship with a Muslim person who is sunni like me but his emaan is a bit wrong also against some things in Islam. I wanted to know if I can marry him? Even if I marry, will it count as a nikaah or not?
Q: I like a girl who is 17 years old and my age is 19 years. We both are classmates. I Would like to marry her. But I am not independent because I am still studying. And she also wants to study. I told her I will approach your guardian as soon as I finish my engineering. The problem is that her guardian is hurrying for her marrage. And alhamdillah she has very good deen and taqwa. But when I said to her I want to marry, she said my guardian will do my marriage quickly. And alhamdillah we only used to talk. We never met alone. But now what should I do? Shall I say to her guardian that I will marry her after 3 years or as soon as I get independent? What should I do? She is telling me that bring your proposal before I get married. I don't want to show that I did love marriage. Pretend as if you didn't even know me before. Now what should I do?
Q: There is a boy who's character is very good and praised by all but he doesn't wear topi, jubba and all. He wears normal clothes, he has very humble character and has the desire to learn more about Deen as he has little knowledge about it. On the other hand there is another guy who is a very strong tableeghi boy. He dresses according to Islam, he has Deeni knowledge also, but his character is normal (not so rude not so humble). Whom should a girl prefer to marry?
