Q: If a husband not working at the moment. He pays the bills and mortgage still. If the wife wants to buy clothes for herself and kids, can she ask her husband or must she use her own money which she earned from little a job but that money the wife wants to save for her kids future for Islamic studies. Q: Three months before I had a injection to not have pregnancy, but after that my periods stop for few weeks I had bleeding that was not periods one but I had been praying with putting clean pad in every namaz now I want to ask you that my action was acceptable which I have been praying and secondly after that bleeding stopped. Q: I like to ask a question about divorce that if a person doesn't know the proper rules of divorce. So in an extremely angry status he says but can't remember how many times, wife also didn't remember and when he calm down he said I didn't have intention to give you divorce at all. He did this already two times in different occasions each time he said he doesn't have any intention to give divorce or leave his wife at all because he loves her. His sister also have anger issues and she is on medication but he is alright but sometimes he becomes extremely angry and start saying things which in normal condition he doesn't want to say. Please explain me what the Shariah says about it?

Q: I had a question in regard to halaal income. I am about to start my career as a car and home insurance agent. I will be selling car and home insurance to people and was wondering if it is halaal to do so or would I have to get away from the whole industry. Also what about real estate agent?
Q: My father had passed away and I being his daughter is entitled to inherit from his possession. My father left a large sum deposited in the bank that earned him compound interest annually, he officially was on a job, and earned a modest salary out of which any surplus over domestic expenditure was again deposited. By compound interest, I mean, any interest that was earned on the sum was added to the principal amount so that the next interest receipt could be claimed on the greater sum. After his demise, now any interest earned is brought into use by my mother and sister for their expenditure and for Zakaat purpose, no compounding therefore, now takes place. Before, however, during his lifetime, all his money was diluted with the interest receipts. I want to know whether it is permissible for me to claim my part of inheritance from this interest diluted money? Provided, If any money comes to me, it will no longer be used to earn interest. However, untiI I don't get my part it will remain deposited to earn interest and the money is expected to arrive to me in a few years. Can I receive all my part of inheritance and use it for my means?
Q: In reference to the context of ending the marriage, my husband said to me these words, "I am ending it now. I will send you legal papers each month (3 months), give you dower money and Rs. 10000 each month for my son. Only thing between you and me is our son if you allow. You have your life independent in every way. Send me your address, if you will not send me address then I will get it my self". Now he says that I said these words and said I will send you divorce but I did not act upon accordingly. Can you please guide me whether these words count towards my divorce by my husband or not. I am much confused as the words show his intention to send me divorce.
Q: I know that telling a lie is a sin in Islam. Islam has laid a great stress on speaking the truth. But some times people do not give us our rights unless we tell a lie. Example: A person is an employee of a company. His salary is 10000 and company tells him that he should work hard and after completion of some project company will raise his salary to 15000. But after completion of annual year/project company terminates him from job. Now person's work worth according to the market rate is 15000. But when this persons goes to next company for new job , if he tells them that his job was terminated and salary was 10000 (not 15000 which was his right now), new company will never take him on the reasonable salary (i.e. 15000). I want to ask that in this situation where we are unable to get our rights can we speak lie e.g. regarding salary to just get our right, not with the intention of harming any one?
