Women bathing after haidh

Q:

1) Regarding haidh, and the lady not seeing blood on her pad, how long should she wait to see if the pad is clean, before having a bath and offering salaah. e.g. should she check once every salaah time, or once a day etc.

2) Regarding nifaas, is there any rules similar to haidh in the aspects of stopping and starting bleeding again after a few days. Nothing is mentioned in beheshti zewar. How does a ladies nifaas stop, if e.g. blood stops then 5 days later starts again, is this still part of nifaas?

Premarital relationship

Q: I hope you are doing great. I am a 24 year old boy. I am in this haraam relationship with a girl for more than 5 years now. I have tried many times to end this relationship but every time I end up going back to it. This relationship is effecting me in every bad way. Wasting my time on phone, chatting, sending pictures and what not. Lately I am so immersed in this that I do nothing without wasting time with her. I have no feelings while praying or studying. I only think of her. Please pray for me and suggest me how can I end this Haram relationship?

School not allowing pupils to perform Salaah

Q: I am from the UK and currently in school. I am baaligh and unfortunately the school does not facilitate for us any place for Salaah. What should I do? It is compulsory to attend school but what can I do if they don't allow us to pray Salaah and we have lessons during Salaah time. Now in winter, we will definitely miss Asr Salaah. They don't allow you even for 5 Minutes to go pray and come back. Please advise me.

Father using the son's money

Q: What is meaning of this hadith?

It was narrated from Jabir bin 'Abdullah that a man said: "O Messenger of Allah, I have wealth and a son, and my father wants to take all my wealth." He said: "You and your wealth belong to your father."

This means that all my wealth including the part of my wife and children in my wealth belongs to my father. He can snatch my wealth when he wants?

Marital problems

Q: Is it permissible for a momen (believer) woman who has young children to stay in the same house but different room with a husband who is acting hypocritically (Allah knows he wants to irritate his wife by refusing to pray and use of improper words, swearing etc. because he doesn't like his wife or he is really what he shows), or she should divorce, as she doesn't want to be divorced unless living with that kind of husband is Haram. If divorce is not mandatory she is ready to have saber until she is alive because Allah's satisfaction is more impotent then everything else to her.
