Q:

1. If I told someone that I will give you this dress, that person didn't say anything, can I change my decision and keep the dress for myself?

2. I told a person that I will give you something but that person said he does not need it, but I insisted on him to accept the offer and he somehow agreed, then later I thought in my mind that maybe that person really don't need my thing so well I will give it to some other person then, so can I change my decision like this?

Q:

(A) I had a shower at night. I washed my slippers and feet whilst in the shower.

(B) Then I went out of the house for just over 2 hours wearing the same slippers. When I returned home it is most likely that, by that time, my slippers were dry.

(C) I then got in to the sleeping bag, which I have borrowed from my parents home and which I am using at my house. At the time I went to sleep in the sleeping bag it is most likely that my feet were dry. At the time of sleeping, I thought to myself, when I wake up in the morning I must wash my feet and slippers again as a precautionary measure.

Q: Can Mufti Saheb please advise if it is permissible to gather in the Madrasah next to the mosque to read Surah Yaseen for a foreign national who's father has passed on. Is it permissible to gather to read the Qur'an and send esaal-e-thawaab or is it bidah?

Q: Is it a saheeh hadith where the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said that Allah Ta'ala will recite Surah Rahmaan on the final day?

Q: A group of students get together to get a sheep slaughtered for Qurbaani for the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). Will the Qurbaani be invalid since a group of people cannot slaughter a single sheep, or will it be valid since if they intended the slaughter to be on behalf of a single person (i.e. the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)?

Q: I am in a financial problem were I have invested all my money and have not yet been paid. It's gone three months and therefore I am having difficulty in buying food, paying my rent as well as my accounts. Someone told me to read Surah Yaseen and Saffaat. Is this correct? Also what can I read for my situation?

Q: I want to know that can a woman offer Salaah before the congregational Salaah in the Musjid or does she have to wait for the congregational Salaah to be done in the Musjid before she performs her Salaah? Similarly what is the ruling for woman's zuhr Salaah on Friday?

Q: I am facing many difficulties and problems in life. People do not treat me properly and I am becoming despondent. I wish to commit suicide. Please advise me what I should do in this situation.

Q: I am 28 years old and feel problems in learning and understanding things. I am physically weak but I worked hard in education and reached Software Engineering level and passed it. I faced many diseases since childhood but now I have no apparent disease besides I am still weak. I undergone my medical tests but doctors told me that I have no significant problem. In daily life I feel problems in doing, understanding and learning things. And due to these problems I spent plenty of time on researching about mental and Psychological health issues which makes me exhausted besides wastage of my time. Most of the time I feel depressed. Real problem is that when I compare my self with my other fellows, I feel disappointed regarding my abilities. I also feel that my relatives also compare me with others and they feel that I am not doing up to the standard. Now I want to ask that did Allah Almighty create every person with equal abilities? Or are some people born with problems? How can I be satisfied with my present abilities? Some doctors and other people told me that I have no problem just have over sensitivity that makes me anxious. I feel disappointed when I solve a problem in 3 hours but others solves it in 3 minutes. I feel comparatively deficient. Please read my problems carefully and guide me according to Islamic teachings so that I may be able to live a healthy life.

Q: I have taken an Islamic Shari'ah loan from standard chartered bank Bahrain. I want to go for umrah. Tell me, is my loan halaal or haraam? Can I go for umrah or not? If the loan is haraam, then I have done a major sin. How can I  face my Allah and Hazrat Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)? Please answer me me thoroughly.
