Q: There is a company that carries out gold trading. I will pay them some amount and they will open a gold account for me. Gold rates are linked with the real gold rates which are current internationally. When I buy gold from my money, this gold is not physical. Rather, it is just the value of the gold that reflects. If I want to sell that gold, I can get my money back (not the gold) to my account. It could be profit or loss.

Please give your expert advice.
Q: The Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said that the dua of a fasting person is answered. It's borne on the clouds and the gates of heaven are opened for it, and Allah (Ta'ala) says "By my glory, I will grant you help even if it may be after sometime". Can I fast with the intention that my dua will be answered, or is that disliked? Any help will be greatly appreciated.
Q: We have an issue at home, we have a property of Musjid shareef (shops and darsgah) on one side of our house. At that time they put windows and part of roof in our land, now we have construct a house and we completed the ground floor and we are constructing the second floor. At the second floor we have maintained the space of 3 feet as per their roof. But they are saying you have not maintained that gap right from ground floor. So suggest us if we will should give them compensation for the land which comes under our house at ground floor (which they are saying that it belongs to them and we are saying it is ours). Please advise us according to Qur'an and Sunnah.
Q: Please make clear that what Surah Baqrah, Aayah 285 says. The Messenger has believed in what was revealed to him from his Lord, as did the believers. They all have believed in God, and His angels, and His scriptures, and His messengers: "We make no distinction between any of His messengers." And they say, "We hear and we obey. Your forgiveness, our Lord. To you is the destiny.
This means that we can not make any distinction between prophets like prophet Muhammad saw is more better than others. And in Bukhari Narrated Ibn 'Abbas: The Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said, "One should not say that I am better than Jonah (i.e. Yunus) bin Matta." So, he mentioned his father Matta. The Prophet mentioned the night of his Ascension and said, "The prophet Moses was brown, a tall person as if from the people of the tribe of Shanu'a. Jesus was a curly-haired man of moderate height." He also mentioned Malik, the gate-keeper of the (Hell) Fire, and Ad-Dajjal.
Q: My question is that I got short time stop pregnancy injection but the reason is that after that I am bleeding since ten days and before injection I hadn't got my periods too. So can you help me, is it my period or the bleeding is just because of the injection? Should I make ghusal and pray if I am still bleeding? What shall I do?
Q: When Moulanas, etc. come to the masjid to perform Zikr, give talks etc., it is common practice for musallis to stand in a line and shake the hand of the Moulana, etc. Is this an established practice according to Sunnah?
Q: There is a Hadith that states: “Allah has cursed wine, the one who drinks it, the one who serves it, the one who sells it, the one who purchases it, the one who presses it, the one who manufactures it, the one who transports it and the one to whom it is delivered.” (Abu Dawood, #: 3676, Narrated by Abdullah bin Umar) What exactly does wine/alcohol mean? I am in the planted aquarium hobby. One of the practices is to make DIY CO2. This involves mixing yeast (baking or brewers yeast) with sugar, to produce CO2, that is transported to the tank in order to improve plant growth. The yeast/sugar mix eventually turns into alcohol, and thereafter is replaced with a new mixture. For a full article on the procedure, please refer to http://agustiono-aquarium.blogspot.co.za/2008/09/treatise-on-diy-co2-sy… Does such mixtures fall into the above Hadith?
Q: My parents are angry on me because I did not obey them and married one divorced lady. Actually they agreed initially but after some time my sisters made my mother refuse that girl but I was doing everything normally as I introduced that lady to mother and father by taking them to her home and cleared everything regarding her martial status. But my sisters forced my mother to reject her and I couldn't say no to my wife's family and had to get nikaah done in front of their family. I tried at least one year to make my family understand the situation and traveled from U.A.E to Pakistan twice to make my sisters understand. Now my question is that since I am married to that lady, my parents are not talking to me specially my mother but my father has no issue to meet me but he also does not contact me himself. Please advise me a dua as well so that I can get my parents back.
