Q: I have been having gas problem from years now. I don't know if I come under category of Mazoor or not. Sometimes I can pray without breaking my wudhu but most of the times I have to perform wudhu again. Also as I work so in my office once I perform wudhu I can't go over and perform it again as it is embarrassing and people ask why also when going to some mehfil this fear haunts me as I can not keep my wudhu for long. Please help me with a detailed reply.

I told him that from now on our elders will decide. He was insisting me to talk and convincing me to agree to this marriage. I denied marrying him. Now my family is worried that I have taken decision in a hurry and judged him too soon. My parents are disappointed and telling me that I have rejected a good proposal and now I am not going to get any better proposals and this is the reason why many girls don't get married at the right age and to a right person because of childish behaviour like me. I am extremely worried and low I am continuously praying to Allah that if I have done a mistake please forgive me. I am praying for a suitable proposal for me. I am upset. I am scared. Please help me.
Q: My father had handed over property papers to his friend for safe custody, who is a property dealer. After my father's death his friend distributed the property among the five of us i.e two brothers and three sisters. Is it write on his part to take commission on such distribution. I remember hearing a ruling that once a person disposes an item, it is permissible for others to take it without the permission of the former owner. Is this correct?
2. Secular students in some places go through the outdoor rubbish bins at the places where their exams are printed before the dirt is collected by the garbage services. They hope to find copies of their upcoming exams that have been thrown away due to printing errors and similar reasons. They do not trespass onto property. Is this permissible?
