Flatulence problem

Q: I will try to describe my problem as accurately as possible. For over a month I have been having problems with "flatulence", but it is not like normal flatulence, because I can still break wind normally (able to hold, release, etc). It is irregular outside of wudu and salaah, but mostly during those times I have been experiencing bubbles/fart leaks that are uncontrollable and odourless and noiseless mostly. I have actually not in the last couple of days managed to go without this problem for the duration of making wudu until the completion of the salaah. Outside of the wudu or salah, it happens irregularly like sometimes when I squat I feel something. Look, I even take precautions before starting wudu like squatting, trying to expel any gas, but it still doesn't work. I haven't tried to go as long as I can to try and make a wudu and salah without it happening (like re-doing wudu and salah until I manage it), really, I don't know if I could. Maybe I could. But then that would be hardship. I don't prolong salah or wudu either.. I wash my limbs once, do salah quickly as well.., doesn't stop it from happening. I mean after sometime repeating wudu, I could go to last rak'ah in salah and then it happens. Really frustrating.

Irregular bleeding

Q: I had my haidh on the 8th of july. I finished six days later. On the 1st of Aug I started spotting very little seven days early from my normal day that I get it. I am thinking it might be implantation bleeding (bleeding that occurs if you are pregnant). Do I regard it as haidh not read salaah/quraan etc or carry on as normal? As if it is implantation bleeding it means I am pregnant.

Inheritance problem

Q: Myfamily is facing financial problems. My father is retired from job he is now jobless because he got heart attack and we dont have any other source of income to run the expenses of the house. My mother is rightful and lawful owner to get the property of my maternal parents as per shariah. As my uncles (mama's) mother's brothers have kept the property on hold, instead of handing over appropriately rightfully according to shariah. I am praying tahajud and doing dua everytime. Please I request you to advise me some dua to read to get my mother's property. Suggest me some dua to recite so that I get my mother's property as early as possible. My mama's are just stating they will give but they are not distributing. Please suggest me some dua to gain my mother's property easily.

Girl independently looking for her own suitor

Q: I am a female 23 years of age. In my life there is a boy I want to marry with good intentions. Right now he is responsible to look after his family as he doesn't have father. My parents are insisting with me to do marriage with another person for which I am not ready at all. I have done istekhara so many times its positive always. But the condition of life is too tough now either to listen my parents or wait for the person whom i like. He likes me too. I again did istekhara asking Allah Ta'ala to guide me either to wait or move with other proposal. Subhan Allah I have dreamt that I should wait for the guy which was a clear indication from Allah Ta'ala. Please suggest me what should I do according to this situation after seeing istekhara. An early reply would be apprecitated. The boy I like he is now trying for a job so it may take some 2 or 3 years till he completes his responsibility. Should I take a decision based on istikhara? What should I do please suggest me something better.

Debtors refusing to pay

Q: I have lent money a couple of years ago and two people gave me both each guarantee of cheques. Four years passed and non of them paid me. I have struggled so much. And many things I could not pay and went only higher and higher. I am in many debts. I don't work as a single mother due to health problems. And my child is 2 years at home because I can't pay her school. If the people pay me each the amounts of the cheques do I have the right to keep the money because I have a court case against them. I have waisted a lot of time and effort going to police stations and court in the past 4 years.

Collectors item R2 coin

Q: I have a R2 union buildings coin. They say that it was minted to celebrate the 100th anniversary of the union buildings. After much research to verify this, I came to the conclusion that it is worth R2000. Can I sell it for R2000?

Asking the dead for one's needs

Q: I have a question in regards to Shirk. Can a Muslim be a mushrik. Let me define this Muslim first. 1, He accepts Allah and all his messenger are on haq 2, He accept all four books were from Allah and there is a life after death, day of judgement, heaven and hell. 3, He also follow the five pillars of Islam. Following all above this and he has firm faith on this. But still he goes to dargahs and asks directly from the one who is in the grave and has faith that the person whoever is in the grave will help him and listen to him and cure his problem and does all kinds of shirk. If he dies in that state doing shirk and thinking that as a worship, will he be going to jahannum forever or will he be punished for a particular period of time like those people who do haraam will get punished and then back to Jannah. Like Allah Ta'ala said I will forgive all sin except shirk. Can we consider that Muslim man's act as shirk or is this different?
