Performing salaah as soon as the time sets it
Q: A male has a valid reason for performing Salaah at home. For Fajr Salaah, should he perform it when it is still dark (like for woman at home) or when it is bright (like for men in the Masjid)?

Q: Why is the index finger called 'shahadat ki ungli'?
Q: My question is related to making the verbal niyyah before salah. Is it a bida'h? I have gone through a lot of articles regarding this matter. Some people say that it is bida'h. Some say that it is okay to say it verbally whereas some say that it is not from the sunnah, that our prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) did not use to do this. He would rather make intention in the heart and start the salaah with Allah Akbar. I am confused with it and don't want to fall in doing something wrong. So if you can guide me to the right path Insha Allah. I also want to know if the intention is to be made in the heart only then what are things that should be said in the heart.
Q: I only perform "Fard" and not Sunnat sometimes when I am tired or hungry.
Q: If the awwal waqt for a salaah has come in e.g. asr, but the azaan has not yet gone in the masjid. If a person enters the masjid, will it be disliked at all that he reads his Sunnats although the azaan has not gone yet? If it is disliked, then would this be the case in a musallah that only gives 10 minutes between azan and salah, and a person would like to perform lengthy Sunnats and start before the azaan?
Q: My parents used to quarrel and many times my father used the words like "go to your fathers house" and even once told to my grandfather "take your daughter to your home" ( in Urdu) and once he even said that "I will get another wife"but never used the word divorce explicitly; but now alhamdulillah they don't fight anymore. Please tell me the status of nikaah of my parents and I think he did not intend divorce at that time.
Q: What is aqeedatut tahaweeya? Do all the people of ahl sunnah wal jamaat and followers of Aimma Arba believe in aqeedatut tahaweeya?
Q: We used to go to dargah many years ago (me and my parents) and do all the things which are against the teachings of Islam and we used to bow down at the grave there and then at that time our aqidah was like the person in the grave will act as a intercessor between us and Allah (which is not true) as said to me by mother. As far as I know, this is kufr and takes one out of the fold of the Islam and I am not married but my parents were married so their nikah too gets invalidated and nikah has to be renewed and we used to go many times to the dargah so if we do this kufr three times within one menstural cycle does three divorces take place? I would like to know the status of my parents nikah and I can't dare to tell all these things to my parents and they don't know all these things because if I tell them either they won't believe or they will get mad at me. Even the same situation is with my grand parents all I want to do is to renew both of their nikaahs but I don't know how to proceed please advice me.
