Fake hakeems

Q: I got to know from two different hakeems that I have some asaraat of narsu on my body. Few people know about this narsu. Basically its a snake which does sex with girls when they sleep and I feel the same every morning. Its very shameful to say these things to all and this narsu won't allow the person to be successful and to get married. It is considered as sadesaati to me and to all who belong to me. My question is that the only way to remove this narsu out of my body is to get physical with any of those hakeem. They said their intentions are not wrong. What should I do? Its a great sin but its a fact that wether you believe or not there's no future for the one who has this kind of thing on their body. I have to do whatever these hakeems say. Please guide me. I am a simple selfish human being. I may not have patience but I fear Allah a lot.

Why Allah Ta'ala destroyed the previous nations

Q: My question is why Allah destroyed the previous nations? What are the reasons behind those destructions? I know some reasons that are 1) because of polytheism 2) because they hate Muslims 3) they tortured Muslims. But I want to know the central point for destruction. Because if they tortured Muslims then in the current era Israelis are also torturing Muslims. So what is the point here. I read a verse that "If we will not destroy them they will spread fitnah on land thats why we will killed them" but I lost this verse. Can you tell me this exact verse number in the Qur'an?

Water falling on one's feet while washing

Q: Sometimes when using washroom there are back splashes at weird places which are difficult to wash like the sides. I try to wash those places after I am done but sometimes while washing the water falls on floor and on my feet. Is this water impure? Do I need to wash my feet and floor? Will I be impure and spread impurities? Also when using toilet if there are some impurities on the seat or shower, can I clean it by wetting the tissue and wiping it and then wiping with dry tissue because if I pour water, the impurities will spread on the floor making the floor napaak.

Doubts with regards to the ingredients in the noodles

Q: During dinner in my hostel Chinese noodles were being served and even chapati was being served. The guy who serves the noodles serves the chapati too. So my question is will the chapati be haram and napak if that noodles had ajinomoto in it? I don't know whether they add ajinomoto to it or not and even if they add it may also be halaal but I don't know whether they used it or not and even after eating the chapatii with curry my mouth got oily and I drank lots of water and I cleaned the lips and that area for like 10 to 12 times without a single drop of that water falling on me but again sometime later I felt oily on my lips so I ignored it and rubbed it with my hands and touched my pants so am I pure?
