Permanent ligation

Q: My wife got three babies by operation. During all three I have consulted many doctors and hospitals to have normal pregnancy but it was not done. My three babies were born in 2002 ,2005 and 2008. During the third pregnancy there was very serious health issue of my wife i.e. sugar , anaemia, joint paint, etc. The Dr before operation told me I must allow her to do operation to avoid further pregnancy. I checked with one Mufti saheb he said as per Dr report you can agree. I signed the document but due to some complication in the operation the Dr was not able to do the second operation to stop pregnancy but she told and warned me I must do this later. Alhamdulillah after six years I again got a 4th baby. My wife is pregnant and expected Mid of April. I am Saudi Arab. During this eight month she again have many complication i.e. sugar , anaemia, joint paint etc. Still As per Doctor this time they will not try for normal operation as earlier all three were not normal. Please Advise. Shall I do the Operation to stop further pregnancy? As per Dr I shall do the operation to stop further pregnancy.

Using a towel in the state of janaabat

Q: I would really appreciate your guidance on this. I am a very doubtful person and might even have OCD. Sometimes when I wake up for school in the morning I think I had a wet dream, I am not sure because i never remember having an orgasm in the dream. So in the mooring I want to make ghusal but there is no time so I decide to make it as soon as I get home. 1) If I wash my face and use my towel to dry it will my towel now be napaak? 2) During school if I need to watch a video for research and use my headphones will they become napaak? Because sometimes there will be a little earwax on them. 3) If I try on my mom's makeup like lipstick or eyeliner only when I am at home and then wash my face will the make up be napaak? If it is, how do I clean it?

Ghusal after an orgasm or wet dream

Q: If you could please give some guidance on the situation it would help a lot. I have heard that females only need to do ghusal when they have an orgasm or wet dream. I am a very doubtful person and 1) sometimes when I am sitting I will feel some tingling once or twice but I don't feel an orgasm, do I need to perform ghusal? 2) This happens allot and causes me lots of stress. When I go to sleep I will see a dream and feel tingling but don't feel or remember feeling an orgasm, do I have to make ghussl? I get vaginal discharge all the time so its very hard for me to check if there is extra wetness. Please give some advice.
