Q: I am a Muslim convert. I converted to Islam 1 and half months ago Alhamdullilah.

I have a question about reading the Quran. I want to make it my habit. I would like to do it in a way that is the most beneficial for me. I don't know Arabic, I read an English translation by Dr. Mustafa Khattab, so reading random surahs (as my friend recommended to me) doesn't work for me because I can't remember its content. It would be better for me to read it by topics, so I can focus on one topic at at a time and do notes, remember more.

Is there any particular order of topics I should follow? If not official, maybe then your personal? I'd like to go from things that are general, to laws and details etc. In my Quran there is an Index that I could use to look for exact ayas.

Q: Is it permissible for a newly married couple to mutually decide not to have kids for one or one and a half years so that they may enjoy their marital life (e.g. travelling together on holidays, etc.)?

Q: Can Mufti Saheb please explain if a sutrah is needed in a large room that is not a musjid, e.g. The tents in Arafah, a hall, etc.

Also, when reading salaah alone at home, should one put a sutrah in front?

Q: Asking for a family member... It's now time for qurbaani but they have money saved with the intention for aqeeqah for their son... What should be done in this case?

Q: How thick may a musallah (prayer mat) be? I bought a thick musallah (prayer mat) and I want to know that when performing sajdah on it, should the head and nose feel the earth or carpet below it (prayer rug) in order for the sajdah to be valid?

Q: I recently learned that bone China is made using 30-50 % animal bone Ash. Is it permitted to use? I have an extensive collection of dishes and am worried.

Q: I am working as a software engineer. I have got a job from one of the companies in a non-Muslim country. They want me to develop a mobile app/website for dating and for liquor purchases ordering from restaurants. Please guide me whether to accept this work or not.

Q: Is it appropriate or allowed for a Muslim woman to be and sit in an environment that has symbols of kufr such as crosses, photographs etc. ? Knowing that she much rather be at home.

Q: With regard to the LGBT, if a person says that Allah created me like this, I know it is wrong but it is not in my control and he has the inclination to the other gender. How must such a person be advised?
