Q: Can we offer Tahajjud Salaah after we have offered our Witr Wajib or we should not offer our Witr Wajib before Tahajjud?

Q: I bought a car of Rs312000 by bank finance now I have to pay the bank Rs 453000. Rs 5300 per month upto 7 years.  Now I realised that I have committed a great sin and every moment I am in tension because of this sin and I have no means to pay the whole amount as early as possible. Now what should I do for attainment of this sin.

Q: I am from Saudia Arabia and my wife is from Pakistan. Five months ago I decided to divorce her and I did not make any contact with her for 122 days. I heard if any husband did not make any contact for 4 month 10 days (130 days) while thinking he will divorce, Talaaq takes place. So is my nikaah broken?

Q: I was reacting tashahud in the first sitting or last sitting (can't remember) of 4 rakat isha salah. I did not pronounce the small "kaaf" when I was reading "wa Rahmatullahi was barakatu" the kaaf of barakatu. So I went back to "wa Rahmatullahi" the recited from there till the end. Is my salah valid?

Q: Can I make a vow to fast for 1 week for the pleasure of Allah and in return ask Allah for the recovery of my mother in-law who is currently very sick? She will be going for liver biopsy on Monday morning and I want to fast so that Allah can make it easy for her and make her results negative. An urgent reply will be highly appreciated.

Q: I am a software engineer from India. I am in love with a girl for the past 2.5 years. And the love towards her is pure and we talk very less as we are non mahram to each other. She is from Indonesia and she lives there with her parents. I approached her father for marriage three times. He and his family likes me. As they are of Arab origin, he is afraid of his big family that they wanted her to marry an Arab only. He said no for me as I am not an Arab. I showed him the proof (the last sermon) that there is no caste system in our beautiful religion. He wants to earn pride by marrying her with an Arab. But she don't accept as she loves me. The Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said there is nothing better than a marriage for those who love each other. I want to marry her as soon as possible. She is 26 now. Not a single day I missed to pray to Allah for his help. I am submitting my burden to him, the Almighty to whom I should return. I know he will surely help me, he may have a good plan on me, he is the best planner. But I want to know is there anything I can do. I seek many scholars for help, no body cares me. Hope you will have a good heart to hear me. May Allah extend his shade over you and to your family brother. If you can't help me, at least remember me in your dua.

Q: Is it permissable for a woman to allow another female (non-muslim/muslim) to wax her hands and legs?
