Q: Is it permissible to give zakat to a brother/ sister, in the following scenarios?
1. He lives in UK with wife and kids, he owns almost everything, yet has outstanding mortgage (with interest), can zakaat be given to him so he may
discharge that mortgage? Can zakaat also be given to him for other expenses whilst his mortgage still exists?
2. He does not have a house, is single, no job, has a car, receives benefits inside UK, owns a small piece of land overseas where he will eventually build
a house, and lives in his unmarried sister's house, he also has savings of £12000 in a bank, can zakat be given to him?
3. She lives overseas, is married with children, all over 18 years of age, the husband and 2 sons do work, but earn just enough to live comfortably,
they own their house, and have almost everything they need for example washing machine, tv, cooker etc. however they do not have savings etc. So
they are not obliged to give zakat themselves, can zakat be given to them? If yes, can zakat be given to them up until the point they themselves get in to
a position where zakat becomes payable by them?

Q: I live in muscat. I bought my car on hire purchase. The total price of tyre car is 8000 rials but on hire purchase its 8500 rials. So firstly is this halal?
Secondly. Last month I couldn't pay the car installment due to eid and ramadhaan so now they told me that I have to pay 5 rials to postpone that installment in the future so is this halal? The installment will be the same but I will have to pay 5 rials to delay this installment. Is this halal?
Secondly I bought a credit card and if I pay the money used by the card in 52 days then no interest will be charged but I have to pay a small amount
monthly that is for the card not for the money I use from the card so is this halal?
Q: Could Mufti Saab please advise me on the following masaail regarding the normal (whitish/yellowish) discharge of a woman which she has no control over and which is experienced many times in a day.
1.Will it break her wudhu?
2. Will her wudhu break each time she experiences it even if it occurs 5 times in one salaam time?
3. When will her clothing be regarded as impure?
4. If wudhu does break each time and she was under the impression that the rule of this discharge is the same as the rule of a mazoor will she have to read qadhaas for all the salaahs she may have read in this condition (even when some Ulamaa are of the opinion that this discharge will not break her wudhu)?
5.If Mufti Saab's opinion is that her wudhu will break, how should she maintain radhaa with this fatwah (as it is very difficult to make wudhu so often)?
