Respect for the Ustaad

1. A student has strong talluq with an ustaadh which does not show during lessons. If out of class other students feel as if this talluq is a problem what should be done?

2. When an Ustaadh is talking about something that is on a more informal note, how should a student maintain utmost adab?

3. When a student realises that an Ustadh has made a mistake whilst teaching should he do anything?

Dream

Q: I am my husbands second wife. I saw in a dream that my husbands first wife's son and daughter are fighting with me in the dream although I have not seen them face to face but I have seen their photo and my husbands first wife has also seen my photo only. Please tell me what does this dream means?

Imaamat and jamaat salaah for a muqeem and musaafir

Q:

1. If a Muqeem reads Salah behind a Musafir does he have to make intention for praying behind a Musafir?

2. If he makes intention of praying behind a Musafir whereas the Imam is a Muqeem, does he have to repeat the Salah?

3. What happens if a person reads a Surah in the 3rd Rakat of a Fardh Salah? Does it have to be repeated?

4. If two people read Salaah and the Musalli does not have Wudhu does the Imam have to repeat his Salah?

5. If two people are reading Salah and the Musalli by mistake makes intention of reading another Salah does the Imam have to repeat the Salaah?

6. If a person has missed a Salah whilst travelling and does Qadha at home does he have to read 2 or 4 Rakats?

Growing the beard to the extent of one fist

Q: The ahadith on beard have been reported with different formulations: The word "Arkhoo" is mentioned in Saheeh Muslim. The words "Waffiroo, Awfiroo, Awfoo, A'foo" are mentioned in Saheeh Bukhari and Saheeh Muslim. Imam Nawawi (r) commenting in his Sharh Saheeh Muslim on the different terms used by the Messenger of Allah (sallallahu alaihi wasallam), arrives at the following conclusion: "The meaning of which appears all these ahadith is that a person should grow his beard. "
