Q: I am aware of the fact that dogs cannot be kept as pets inside the apartment (or house) because their saliva is najis (impure). I am also aware of the fact that Islam is the most accommodating religion.

I am an OCD patient and I wanted to inquire the ruling on therapy dogs for anxiety/depression inside the apartment. I live in Canada and I do not have any family here to support me emotionally. Therefore, the anxiety kept growing until I became an OCD patient.

Q: I have a question regarding inheritance! My dad was with his father for 35 years. When business was doing bad my father suggested he leave and go on his own but my granddad said my dad and his family are his responsibility, that's why he musn't go! Before my grand dad passed away my granddad gave the key of the shop to my dad and he said this is for you and your family's survival. He only asked for R300 a month. Does it mean that the shop was supposed to be my dads including the property? Now my dad has passed away and his brothers are asking for a share? Are they entitled to the share or not? Q: I am living in a countrywith less Muslims. I know a Muslim girl who is going to marry a non Muslim man. I can marry her, my parents will also agree but I don't want my next generation to live in this country. What can I do in this regard? If she marries a non-Muslim will Allah Ta'ala be angry with me?

Q: What are the rulings according to shariah of a son looking after his mother after his father passes away. In this situation there is 2 sons an 1
daughter but only 1 son is married with 2 kids an the daughter with 3. Bear in mind the father didn't leave anything for the children only for the mother. So how does one look after wife an dchildren + mother an siblings?

Q: Sometimes in rukoo' I do the thikr and then I straighten myself a bit and hear a crack, so does that mean my back only became straight when it cracked? If so do I do the thikr again? Must the back in sujood rukoo sitting and standing always be straight or at ease straight? Is the neck or head considered in this?

Q: Majority of the time when I do sujood, my little toe doesn't touch the ground and perhaps the two besides it, but the big toe and one next to it  mostly do if not all do, so, is all toes touching the ground with pressure waajib/Fard, if so should one make movements in sujood or seating to ensure they touch the ground? Also I am not able to remember all the times this has happened, a lot though.

Q: What is the ruling on reciting inaudibly, is there a consensus on its permissibility? Like without noise and just moving the tongue.

Q: There was a story between a jewish scholar and the Prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam). The scholar asked him what is the best place on earth, he replied I do not know but I will ask to Jibriel (Alayhis Salaam) and after asking to jibriel (Alayhis Salaam) he responded he does not know either. He asked Allah and he was very close to Him. Between him and Allah there were 70,000 veils. Would you please let me know the correct story in Arabic with haraqat please?

Q: I usually read my witr salaah at the time of tahajjud, after the tahajjud salaah. However, sometimes by the time I finish my witr the fajr time has set in. Will this be regarded as qadha? Will I have to repeat it? Will it be better for me to read the witr before sleeping?
