Forbidding the wrong
Q: My father has a house on mortgage, is it permissible for me to live in it? My father gets upset everything I try to talk to him and say its haraam and try to get him out of it. What should I do in this sort of condition?

Q: Please be aware, I know of the rule that if a man divorces his wife three separate occasions she is not halaal for him until she genuinely marries someone else and it does not work out). I got married to my ex husband in 2009, we had a child in 2011. I was very much in love with him, he prayed and still prays 5 times a day since he reverted in 2009 and is very very in Deen since) shaytaan took over me and I stopped my salaah and started sinning, I met another guy and then I asked my husband for divorce (I am aware of what I have done and ask Allah for forgiveness and how shameful this is I understand). After the divorce (3 divorces, three separate occasions), I regretted it so
much and just wanted to get back with him. However, I was with this guy and told him I do no love you and he said it does not matter, we will get married and things will get better.
He knew I did not love him, I did have feelings for him and liked him a lot as we were very close and talked everyday all day. Before I got married to him, it was in my mind that most likely it will not work out and I want to get back with my ex husband but I did not fake the nikkah because on the day of nikkah I cried and though wow I'm married and never had a doubt about my nikkah and me and him always spoke and said '' This isn't sin anymore '' A few weeks after, I saw texts and this man talking to other girls and saying rude things that he wants to sleep with them and I thought he was completely someone different. I asked him for a divorce and he gave me the divorce yesterday.
I did istikhara asking is my nikkah valid or not. Before he divorced me and sheikhs told me to ignore the dreams and the only strong feeling I got from istikhara was that It was not valid (but at the same time I got answers from some scholars and they had all told me it is valid. I am still not convinced because I have read online that any intention of marrying your ex whilst your marrying your current husband your nikkah will be invalid.
At the nikkah there was my dad, the groom, two male witnesses from his side and the Imaam. Please refer me if you can help but I would really appreciate it if you could help. Is my nikkah valid even though I had in my mind that one day I want to get back with my my ex or is it invalid?
Q: I am 28 years and suffering from alergetic Asthma since 2004 and now I am doing a job as a teacher and related with the Tablig Jamaat. Now my family is forcing me to marry but I am afraid to get married as I am comparatively weak internally but I look like a healthy man, so no one believes me to be a weak man. What can I do? Please advise me.
Q: I would like to know if I am able to inherit from my mom who is a kafira? I want to know if I can travel overseas by myself to see here (since my husband can't accompany me and my son is not of age) and sort out what she is going to give me Insha Allah, such as an apartment and some other items about which I have no knowledge? What do about the money in the bank account that she opened in my name. Can I take that money including the accumulated interest?
Q: For Sunnah Salaah does one have to make it with the niyyah of the Fardh Salah one is praying it for? E.g making niyyah that I am performing 2 Sunnah of Zuhr?
Q: Is it O.K to wash the feet while standing upright during wudhu without using hands to make khilaal between each toe, because I am over weight. I just thoughrally wash my feet by spreading my toes fingers while standind, I do that only when I sit at the masjid Wudhu Khana. While at home I make the wudu in a standing position, because of the over weight, it's hard for me to sit in the bath tub to wash my feet using fingers. Please Advise me for this.
Q: Is body building allowed in Islam for stamina and self confidence? It is not for showing off.
Q: I have seen a dream at the time of fajar. I saw that there was a marriage ceremony at the road. People were happy and waiting for the baraat. Suddenly crackers burst and peoples cried with joy the baarat has come. When I was approaching the baraat a women put a haar of roses and motia around my neck. Later on I saw that I wore a sherewaani rusted colour with some beautiful very small lights on the sherwaani shoulders lighting. My elder brother wore same colour sherwaani with the same lights except that they were not lighting. My mother was very happy to see my sherwaani with blinking lights.
Q: In islam one is meant to keep strict pardah in front of ones cousins. I am Aware of a Girl who after becoming baaligh has done things which are wrong she has exposed her body to her cousins brothers and vise versa she had allowed one of her cousins to play a filthy action of him doing jima in the condition they both had clothes on she has allowed them to touch and feel her. They were the early stages of her becoming baaligh she doesn't know why she allowed such things to happen. She regrets and has remorse over such wrong doings as well as asking Allah Ta'ala for forgiveness is there anything she could do?
Q: People take bayat/pledge to a Shaykh and there is a system of Tasbih 6, 12 and on and on but there is Hadith in Tabarani that Amar ibn Salama (Radiyallahu Anhu) said that we were at the home of Abdullah ibn Masud in between Magrib and Esha and in the mean time Abu Musa (Radiyallahu Anhu) came and said I saw a matter that terrified me, some people have came into the Masjid one of them said recite subhanallah alhamdulillah. Then Abdullah (Radiyallahu Anhu) came to the Masjid and said to them you have deviated. In another Hadith in Abunuayim that Abdullah ibn Jubair (Radiyallahu Anhu) has reported by his son that some people came in Masjid and in the time of dikr they fell to the ground then he said to his son do not meet with them.
From this I understand that this type of tasbih was not there in the time of sahaba (Radiyallahu Anhum). So what is the truth?
