Q: At times we get positive thoughts for example to give in charity / or visit a sick person but due to whatever reason (most probably due to tricks from shaitaan) we do not put it into action and later we regret having not carried out that act. Does this situation come under Taqdeer (predestination)?
Q: It has been around 6 months to our marriage & our marriage has not been consummated and due to some unavoidable circumstances me and my wife decided to put our views in front of a Qazi sahab. On our first visit Qazi sahab told her to obey her husband (me) and go back to my place or take khula as the marriage is completely messed up, to which she denied and said I need two days of time to think over it. After two days, Qazi sahab called me up and said your wife is here and she is not willing to take khula and instead she is demanding for a divorce along wid compensation. So I did it accordingly, Qazi sahab told me to utter a word talaq e bain and I paid her mehr amount + iddah amount + compensation. With a mutual understanding we both signed the papers in front of 3 witnesses. So my question is by uttering a single time talaq e bain is my marriage terminated or are 2 more pronunciations mandatory?

Q: We were gifted with a baby girl 6 months ago and now yesterday we came to know that my wife is again pregnant. She is suffering from Bipolar Disorder, after the birth of 1st child, and is taking medicine for cure. If the medicine is stopped, it might harm her according to doctors. She is under deep mental stress and if the medicine is stopped it will be further problem. So I request your good self that can we abort the foetus to avoid bigger problems in my family life. We should have taken care before but I was not knowing that she is under this kind of mental depression as I was away for 5 months. I am under deep tension since yesterday and hope you will guide me to the right path, Insha Allah.
Q: A guy came to see me on Sunday and on Monday morning after Fajr I had a dream. I hadn't made istikhaara or anything yet because it was too early. He hadn't even yet proposed. I dreamed that we were walking along my Aunty's street but in my mind it was a different country though I recognised it. I asked the guy that came to see me for a divorce while we were walking because I was fighting with him. He laughed and refused to give it to me. The guy in the dream and the guy in reality were two different people, the guy in reality wears kurta and has a beard whereas the other had neither. I think maybe it's because I cannot remember the face of the guy that came to see me.
I was feeling hot and sick while we were walking because the sun was hot and I was pregnant (i think that was what was making me feel sick) but I didn't know it in my dream. The next thing I remember is that we were by my Aunty's house and their maid (who passed away) put me in the shower so that I could cool down. After a while I became aware that my Aunty and some other people were watching me shower and I realised that I was naked so I think I made myself wear clothes because when I looked down at myself again, I had clothes that covered me enough but by then they had turned away.
After he proposed I read istikhaara salah and I had a dream that my mother or somebody told me to go see red tomatoes or something and I think the guy that came to see me was by it. I woke abruptly from this dream. These dreams seemed long but were very short.
