Q: I want your help and advice. Everyone says I make a lot of sabar but nowadays I am totally helpless. A person is teasing me a lot and I can't avoid him as he live with us. I am happily married but he always passes words like this girl is bad and insults me. He is my brother in-law.

1. Is Azaan Sunnat Muakkada for Qadha Salaats?
2. If one leaves the Azaan constantly for Qadha Salawaat, will he be sinful?

Q: I think in the time of the prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) there were no soap so now after a wet dream should we need soap to wash clothes and body?

Q: I would like to know if it is permitted to buy groceries in supermarkets that sell liquour and haraam meats like pick and pay, woolworths foods and others?

Q: Is it recommended for children to obey parents in marriage as they are opposing the children?

Q: Aap se ye puchna hai ke talaq kisi bhi lafz se hojati hai maslan koi bhi lafz agar talaq ki niyyat se kahe to hojaegi? Ya is ke lia khas alfaz hai? Ya koi bhi kam talaq ki niyyat se kare magar moo se kuch na bole to hogi? Or agar talaq ka lafz pura na le adha lafz le. Jaise (talaaq) to hogi ya nahi?

Q: I was performing Maghrib Salaah when suddenly my nose began to flow with blood. I continued with my Salaah till the end. I am not sure whether my Salaah is valid or not?

1. I have one question. Mere neighbour hain he is Masha Allah a good person. But when it comes to religious beliefs he says that shias are muslims and we shuold not say anything about them thats fine. On further discussion he says that if we have any questions on masaail regarding to Islam, we shouldn't look for Aalims rather we should look for a solution ourselves by reading Qur'an and going through hadith books. Further on tableegh dawat isn't important for everyone and the book that tableegh people use thats ​Fazaail-e-A'maal has some weak Hadith. What should be said to him? Should I debate with him or not?
2. Last week a jamaat came from Malaysia to my musjid here in New Delhi India. The people of jamaat came to meet him so he used to say jamaat people should go to people who are in real need like people should go in villages to people who are doing shirk following qabr parasti and all..
3. We shouldn't blindly follow Ulama' as he thinks that every Aalim is not reliable.

Please answer my question. What should to be said and how should this situation be tackled?

Q: Is it good to go against your parents wish and get married to girl whose out of one's caste and leave your parents? Is this fine? What does Allah Ta'ala say about this? What is the solution? 

Q: Now a days in the name of waaz, Ulama' give lecture in masjids over loud speakers for the entire night and disturb others that are sleeping. I want to know did Muhammad (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) and Sahaba (Radiyallahu Anhum) ever do any such thing causing disturbance to people for the whole night? Is this Deen or innovation?
