Changing one's zakaat date

Q: I have always had my Zakaat anniversary as the 15 of Ramadaan. If I wish to change this date is it possible? Let's say I wish to from next year change my year to 15 Shabaan. I will do all my calculation on that date and give Zakaat at 2.5%. Is this possible? Alternatively, if the date I wish to use in future is 15 Shawaal, how would I put this into effect? Bearing in mind that this will then make it a 13 month year.

Faking a degree and getting someone else to submit one's papers

Q:

  1. I have done 3 years Diploma in Electrical and have experience overseas. Now I moved to a developed country and started working as an electrician. If you have extensive experience you can work as an engineer. But you still need qualification to go to high in rank and good pay. So is it possible to make a fake bachelor degree and on that fake degree if I get admission in university in Master Program is that allowed in Islam?
  2. Now I am doing masters from university and going on Hajj this year Insha Allah. Now that hajj is coming in the middle of my semester is it allowed that my friend do the remaining assignments on my behalf and submit it? According to university rules nobody can submit on someone elses behalf.

Please guide me.

Questions related to Qadha and Kaffaara for fasting

Q: Are the rules same for intentionally breaking a fast in Ramdhan, and not keeping a fast at all for no valid reason? Under what circumstances do we have to do kaffara and under what circumstances do we have to do just qadha? Does breaking a fast just because you were hungry or you felt you don't want to fast anymore need qadha and kaffara or just qadha? Does not fasting at all need kaffara as well as qadha or just qadha?

Suspending talaaq upon disobediance

Q: If somebody told his wife "If you don't listen to me or will not listen to me then talaaq" two times in away when he said to her first time she couldn't hear him because she is deaf and didn't wear hearing aids but she did hear him when he repeat the words again. Just in case if she didn't hear him, will one or two talaaqs take place? My questions is how can she act upon the warning if she couldn't hear when he said it first time?

Inheritance Question

Q: My question is regarding the claim that the inheritance proportions as prescribed Quran in surah an-Nisa don't add up in some case. An example is this:

A second example is, that when a man leaves only his other, his wife and two sisters, then they receive 1/3 [mother, 4:11], 1/4 [wife, 4:12] and 2/3 [the two sisters, 4:176], which again adds up to 15/12 of the available property.

What is the fact of the matter? and are principals such as al-awl(?) applied? If so, why are they applied if they aren't mentioned in the Quran?
