Q: Could you please let me know before marriage, from the grooms side people go to the brides side and put flowers to brides hair, it is permissible in Islam? I strictly told to my parents it is not permissible in Islam, my parents also accepted. Could you please advise me whether what I did was correct.

Q: I read in a kitaab that cobwebs breed poverty. I have since lost the kitaab in a fire at home and cannot remember the name of the kitaab. I want to know if this is true. Many friends and relatives of ours have cobwebs in their homes and businesses and don't remove them as per the story of our beloved Nabi (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam).

Q: I would like to know how to read the word "Firqatin" in Surah Tawbah (9:122). Is the Raa read full mouth or empty mouth and is there other ways of reciting it in the other Turuq of Hafs? I've heard the word being recited by many Qurraa' (Shaykh Mahmood Khaleel Al-Husary, Shaykh Muhammad Siddeeq  Al-Minshawi, and Shaykh Mishaary Raashid Al-Afaasy) with full mouth. And recited with empty mouth by other Qurraa' (Shaykh Sa'ad Al Ghaamidi, Shaykh Haani Rifaa'i, Shaykh Shuraim, and Shaykh Ali Jaabir) Why is this? Can you please explain.

Q: Where was prophet Yahya (Alayhis Salaam)? Was he during the time Prophet Isa (Alayhis Salaam)? Because prophet Yahya (Alayhis Salaam) was the son prophet Zakariya (Alayhis Salaam) who was present in the time of Maryam Alaihas salaam. Please clarify this in detail.

2. If so, is it the practice of our Prophet (sallallahu alayhe wasallam) or any khalif , to accompany his wife on holidays to visit his inlaws?
3. Also did any khalif live beyond the Musafir range away from his parents?

1. If the mahram of the mayyit is in the condition of janabat, what should they do in this case, because approaching the mayyit is not permissible?
2. The hadith on dying in the month of Ramadan, mufti sahib mentioned, is it the word of Nabi Kareem (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam)?
3. Covering the janazah of a woman. Some books mention a riwayat of Fatima (Radiyallahu Anha) gaving instructions to cover her janaza. Can it be located from the books of hadith?
4. In fatawa raheemiah (vol 7, pg 48) it is mention a hadith from bada’i us sanai that the prophet (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) said to Umar (Radiyallahu Anahu) janazah salaah is not repeated. Can it be located from the books of hadith?
5. It is mentioned in a hadith : “The living cannot be guaranteed safety from fitnah (trials and tribulations) …” (Imdadul Fatawa, vol 5, pg 302). Can it be located from the books of hadith?

Q: If someone says I have given talaaq and also writes on paper, does talaaq occur?
