Q: Many Muslims do not do marriages according to Islamic rulings these days. In my family, my elder brother got married but I did not attend his marriage. I think that where Muslims do not apply sunnah of Rasoolullah Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam, I should not attend such celebrations. They marry like non-muslims, so I think we should not attend such marriages. I want to know if my thinking is correct?
I am asking this because I listened in lectures of Ulama that a believer should stop evil with hand. If one have not so much power to stop with hand, one should try to stop evil by mouth i.e. saying about the wrong. If one have not even this ability than one should feel it evil. Because of this this, I don't attend marriages where Islamic rules are avoided.

Q: I have a relative, who born as a muslim. But he is doing shirk. Every friday & in the month of ramdhan he goes to mosque. But at the same time he also vist temples & worships the idols. He is a good person with good character. I don't want him to do shirk. I want to give him dawah about Islam. So, please help me in this regard? Please let me know if there is any supplication, wazaif, dua to be read, with the barkat of which ALLAH will change him & make him a true MUSLIM. I hate his SHIRK activities. Please help me Mufti Saheb. Tell us what could we do in order to make him a good muslim?

Q: I would like to know whether we can do savings of money to buy a house or keeping extra money in bank is not good and one will be accountable for it before Allah Ta'ala?

Q: I am a devoted Muslim and do my best to follow the rgiht path with my parents. However despite loving my mother and dedicating years of my life trying to keep her company and happy I find now that I am struggling to cope with her overbearing ways. She hates that I want to get a job or have a friend to the extent that she asks me not to go out to see anyone unless she is also involved. I am getting old and want to get married and have a life but with her demands on me that will never happen. I feel that the stress is taking a toll on my mental and physical health and am getting very low. I don't want to upset her though but now I feel she has made me sacrifice my own life for her and that is not right. What can I do?

Q: In the second rakaat of Witr, one reads Sura Naas.  What Sura should or can then be recited in the third rakaat?

1. Which shahadat should be given preference for the talqeen of the muhtadar, the first shahadat or the shahadatain.
2. From which side the qabr must be close with the plank for man and woman. The head side or the leg side.
3. In the niyyat of the janazah salaah, is it necessary for the muqtadis say within themselves “behind this imam”.
4. We used to walk in between the qabr with the shoes, I came across the Hadith discouraging to walk with the shoes. What should we do?
5. Can we eat the fruits and take home the flowers of the qabarastan. If not, what should be done especially with the fruits? Let it get rotten on the trees?
6. What the Shariah says about of planting on the qabr, especially after the burial. The flowers most of the time are taken from another qabr. Sometimes we find big big plants on the qabr. Should we keep the qabr completely neat at all times?

Q: One does ghusl and goes to sleep. Then one awakes and takes wudhu and puts on his khuffs. Then his wudhu gets broken. Then one finds out that there was a solid substance in the cave of his tooth. Does he only needs to remove it and wash the place? Is his masah still valid i.e. can he take wudhu with making masah over the khuffs?

Q: I am going for umrah in two days’ time. Nine days ago, I was six weeks pregnant and miscarried, but I also had surgery to have everything removed from the uterus before I go for umrah. Can I still perform umrah? I am still getting light bleeding.

Q: If someone gives to a person a haraam item, and the person says to the giver "thank you"is this kufr? 

A man comes to install the cable for the tv-signal, and the person says after the cable-man does finish his work "thank you" to him, is this kufr?

Q: My question is that is it a major sin or a minor sin to keep pictures of animate objects in the house? I know that it must be avoided, but I was having a discussion with my family about this, and now I am very curious as to whether this comes in category of major sins or minor sins? (These photos were taken by someone else, I am asking about keeping them in the house).
