Q: What is the ruling regarding qiyaamul lail / shabeena which is read in jamaat after the taraweeh salaah as is taking place in certain masaajid in durban?

Q: If I give my zakaat to an organization, will my zakaat be fulfilled as soon as i give them my zakaat or only once they have distributed my zakaat? If it only gets fulfilled once they distribute it then what happens when in todays time we make an EFT to the organizations zakaat account but they distribute from that account as the need arises? My zakaat could stay in their accounts for years. will my zakaat still not be fulfilled?

Q: We have a muslim business manager who has decided that Sunday will be Eid. Since when has Allah given this man the authority to decide that Ramadhaan will only be 29 days? We have now been told that we cannot put in leave for Monday we must wait until friday. Q: Is it permissible for a husband to get into a second marriage without informing his first wife? Even after the second marriage he lied to his first wife and didn't let her know two or three years after the second marriage. Now the wife came to know and is in shock since the first marriage was 17 years old and the first wife was also quite young and a mother of four kids. She now wants her husband to divorce the second wife but husband is not willing. The second nikkah was also not announced in both sides.
