Masah On a Plaster

Q: If I get cut on my finger, which needs to be washed for wudhu, and I put a plaster on my finger can I just make masah on that plaster? And do I need to make a new wudhu for every Salaah?

Touching Some Dry Impurity

Q: If the clothing of a person, or a part of his bare body (such as his hand) or his khuff, touches an impure place which is dry, does it make it impure? For example, there was some urine on the carpet, and then it dried totally. If the above-mentioned things touch it, do they become impure?

Performing Salaah With Dirty Shoes

Q: Discovering impurity on clothes after finishing Salaah does not invalidate the Salaah, and there is no need to repeat the previous Salaah, if you were ignorant or unaware of it or if you forgot that your clothes have an impurity. This is based on the Hadeeth of the Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam - Peace and blessings be upon him) when he was leading his companions (Radiallahu Anhum - May Allah be pleased with them) in Salaah, when he suddenly removed his shoes and put them to his left side. When people saw this, they removed their shoes. When the Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam - Peace and blessings be upon him) finished his Salaah, he asked them: “What made you remove your shoes?” they said: ‘We saw you remove your shoes, so we removed our shoes’. The Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam - Peace and blessings be upon him) said: “Jibreel came to me and told me that they carry an impurity, [or he said “harm”]”. [Reported by Ahmed, Abu Dawood, and others].
As it is clear, the Messenger (Sallallahu Alaihi Wasallam - Peace and blessings be upon him) did not stop his Salaah, nor repeat it. But just removed his shoes and continued his Salaah. Please explain.

Trying to Legalise Interest

Q: A person is asked for a loan of R50 000. He offers the R50 000 loan together with a soccer ball stating, “I am selling this soccer ball to you at R20 000, together with loaning you the R50 000.” The creditor now wants payment of R70 000. Is this deal permissible?

Wudhu If Skin is Overlapping

Q: I have on my feet a lot of half peeled off small skin pieces (probably from little fungal infections) mostly in the form of circles. Because of this the small peeled skins borders are hanging over the skin below i.e. there are two layers of skin. Is washing normally sufficient in order to make wudhu? Also sometimes, I have the same on my hand (2 or 3 or 4 very little circles). Is just washing normally enough?

Ghusal Due to Discharge For a Woman

Q: When I become sexually excited, a fluid seeps out of my private part. There is a tingling sensation and itchiness in my private part when it seeps out, but clearly there is no sexual pleasure or orgasm when it seeps out because I have experienced an orgasm before. I am always in doubt since it is difficult to differentiate female ejaculate from other fluids which are discharged from a women's private part unlike men. Since it affects our daily prayers, so do I still need to perform ghusal? I follow the hanafi madhab.
