Q: What is the difference between khula and divorce?
If during a fight between the husband and wife, the wife asks the husband to divorce her and the husband says that you want a divorce or he does not ask for it and during the same fight the husband says divorce to the wife then it will be considered khula or divorce because there is a difference in 'iddah.
Q: My husband gave me a talaaq and remarried me. He hasn't given me mehr yet and we are divorced again. If I ask him for a certain amount of mehr, does he have to give that amount to me?
Q: I want to take khula from my husband. What is the procedure?

1. Is it permissible for a man to plait his hair. And if no then why?
2. Is it permissible for a woman to plait her hair. And if no then why?

In the second rakat does this person have to recite the qunoot because it is possible that this could be the third rakat? In the third rakat, does this person have to recite the qunoot again along with prostration of forgetfulness.
Q: When a woman covers herself when leaving her home, is it forbidden for her to cover herself with clothes which are decorated or clothes which have patterns or clothes which have designs? Would it be permissible for the clothes to be decorated or have patterns or have designs to a very small extent? If yes, what would be regarded as a very small extent?

In the witr prayer, is it makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite a surah in the third rakat which is longer by three verses or more than the surah which was recited in the first rakat and is it makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite a surah in the third rakat which is longer by three verses or more than the surah which was recited in the second rakat?
2. In a fard prayer or in a wajib prayer, if two surahs have the same number of verses but not the same number of words then would it be makrooh tahreemi, makrooh tanzeehi, or permissible to recite the surah which has less words in the first rakat and to recite the surah which has more words in the second rakat?
