Q: What is the meaning of johar? Is it a Muslim name?

Q: Mufti saab, a brother who owns a grocery store is asking that he gives his zakaat every year on the 15th of Ramadan. Now after calculating for example his zakaat comes up to R10000. Is it okay if he gives it before the 15th of Ramadan or does he have to give it on that day specifically?

Q: I missed one rakaat of jamaat salaah. I would like to know if sajdah-e-sahw should be made or not in the following cases after the Imaam made salaam to end the salaah:

1. I made one salaam on the right and then stood up to complete the missed rakaat

2. I made both salaams on the right and left and immediately stood up to complete the missed rakaat

3. I made both salaams and sat in the same position, and after one minute I stood up to complete the missed rakaat.

Q: In the recent wave of Corona virus everyone is directed to use mask regularly. My question is do we have to remove mask for prayer because when we do sajda our forehead and nose are supposed to touch the ground. So shall we remove the mask for prayer? Or if we keep wearing mask then our nose won't be touching ground due to wearing of mask.

Q: I want to ask that in these days how can I repent to Allah almighty and how can I return to him? Also I disobey my mother and pray on and off not regularly, so how can I obey my mother and pray regurarly and read the Holy Quran?

Q: What is the hanafi fiqh stance on cutting hair of umrah?

If a person doesn't cut/shave required amount of hair for a first umrah and comes out of Ihram, thinking it is okay as per suggestions from few people. After few days he does second umrah and shaves of his head completely.

1. Did he need to offer dum? If yes,then one or more?

2. I have seen fatwas that cutting less than required amount and wearing Ihram again for next umrah is not permissible and needed to be compensated by a dum. Is it correct?

3. If in the second umrah, complete head is shaved. Is he out of ihram completely?

4. Are the first and second umrah's valid?

5. I also seen 2 fatwas, can you let me know correct one as per hanafi? (i)If one doesnt cut required amount in first umrah and shaves in second umrah, his shaving is counted for first umrah and second umrah is null (ii) If one doesnt cut required amount in first umrah and shaves in second umrah, he is out of first and second ihram's.
