Using titles of respect for the parents of Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)
Q: I'd like to know if the parents of Rasulullah (Sallallahu Alayhi Wasallam) passed away as Muslim? Do we use Radhiyallahu Anhu and Radhiyallahu Anha for them?

Q: Can we take name of Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wa sallam) while eating or drinking or after drinking milk, or must our mouth be totally clean?
Q: I would like to know clearly the hukam (ruling) of observing purdah (niqaab) in front of non Muslim ladies? Is it the same hukam as having to observe purdah in front of males... Kindly please advise as I heard the masla but I haven't come across it in my studies in madrasah.

Q: I came from Pakistan for umrah and performed umrah successfully. Then we (my wife and I) went to Madinah Munawwarah and thought of doing another umrah. 1. Is it necessary or sunnat to wash the hands before eating snacks (not a regular meal)?
2. Usually the snacks are served in bowls and eaten with the help of spoon. What is the rule if it is eaten with hand?
Q: Person A has said that for a self employed person who has to declare his profits at the end of 1 year in the UK, it is jaaiz for him to purchase a car on interest because if he does that, he’ll be paying less tax to the government as he believes that tax is haraam.
He says this isn’t permissible for a person who isn’t self employed as such a person pays tax according to his fixed salary irrespective of where he spends his wage on. (He says that this is how the system works in UK for tax.)

Q: I had a gold chain which I traded in to the goldsmith for a new chain which he is going to make for me. The new chain might be a bit longer than my original one which I traded in, therefore, because the weight of the new chain is more, I will have to pay him a little extra money.
At the moment, my original chain is with him, and I will only take my new chain from him when it is ready. Is it permissible for us to do the transaction in this way?
Q: If I purchase live chickens for slaughter and some die during transport, will it be permissible to give them to poor non-Muslims?
