Q: If a husband set a condition for talaq (like if his wife does this then talaq will occur) and after some time the husband wants to remove this condition, can he do it?

Q: I follow Hanafi madhab. Since a few days, our Imam is praying dua in fardh of fajr salaah. On the very first occasion he did this dua in the fardh of fajr in the second rakah before going to ruku and from the next day he started doing it after getting up from ruku.

Therefore, I wish to find out that if a person in this state gifts something to a relative or a non-relative, will his gifting be valid? From which point will one regard a person to be in the final stages of his life?
