Q: Is it permissible to place a plant in the bathroom as they make Zikr?

Q: If the Imaam in Taraweeh Salaah becomes overwhelmed due to a verse of Jahannam and cries silently for a duration of longer than three subhanallaahs, what is the ruling?

Q: A family member keeps saying that he was told family members/friends, etc. should not share the same hairbrush as it creates envy and jealousy, he says a Moulana told him it's a hadith (he won't say which Moulana though). 

Now, as an Aalimah, I don't recall learning about this hadith but I could be wrong. Can you please help me out.

Q: A couple went for hajj and after completing the umrah, while waiting for the days of hajj, the husband passed away. What must the wife do? Can she complete the hajj?

1. If one cannot write the Quran from memory, can they be considered a Hafiz? 

2. If one does not know the meaning of the Ayahs of the Quran and Tafsir, can they be considered a Hafiz?

Q: If a person has been paying zakaat on a certain date every year since before they became baaligh, do they have to change the zakaat date to the date they became baaligh? 

The date they have been paying is about 6 months early, so it would probably be a shortfall in the amount.

Q: I want to build a professional Instagram profile for networking, career growth, and attracting business clients. To build this image, my pictures will naturally show my lifestyle, including how I dress and the nice places I visit. I previously avoided this out of fear of Riya (showing off) and Nazar (the evil eye). If my intention is purely professional and not to boast, is it permissible to share these lifestyle photos? How do I draw the line between presenting a good image and showing off?

Q: If one has ptosis (an eye condition one is born with one small eye and one big eye due to excess skin on the eyelid) and this condition affects one's vision and sometimes causes abit of irritation, like it feels heavy and also looks abit strange, is surgery permissible?

Q: Is it permissible to reuse a grave of a family member, burying the deceased at 4 feet deep, whereas the original deceased was buried at 6 feet deep? The remains of the first deceased (who passed away 3 years ago) would thus not be exposed. 

There is however sufficient space available in the grave yard.

Q: Can a woman listen to the Quraan while menstruating?
