1. A person bought petrol stations and invites people from the community to invest in them. If I promote this investment, can I charge an administration fee?
2. Can my commission be based on the amount that people invest e.g. if I get a person to invest R100 000, I will charge R1000, and if he invests R200 000, I will charge R2000?

In the school, on Republic Day or Independence Day, the cultural ceremony is held by the order of government. On these days we are forced to show and respect many dead freedom fighters by putting a flower on their picture and statue. Is it shirk? Or what type of sin is this?

Q: I came from Pakistan for umrah and performed umrah successfully. Then we (my wife and I) went to Madinah Munawwarah and thought of doing another umrah. One night before I had a flu and pain in my body so we postponed the intention of umrah. We reached Makkah and then next day we performed umrah after going to masjid Ayesha. 2. Usually the snacks are served in bowls and eaten with the help of spoon. What is the rule if it is eaten with hand?
Q: Person A has said that for a self employed person who has to declare his profits at the end of 1 year in the UK, it is jaaiz for him to purchase a car on interest because if he does that, he’ll be paying less tax to the government as he believes that tax is haraam.
He says this isn’t permissible for a person who isn’t self employed as such a person pays tax according to his fixed salary irrespective of where he spends his wage on. (He says that this is how the system works in UK for tax.)
What is to be said of this?
