Q: Me and my wife have been married for 7 years now Alhamdulillah, but unfortunately we have no children.

We are speaking to ivf specialists and when we asked about being able to see a female specialist during the egg collection and embryo implant procedure we were told that this is not possible and we will be seen by whoever is available on the day, male or female.

What is the ruling regarding this under Islamic law. I have been getting mixed responses from family and friends. Some people have told me because it is medical reason it is allowed while others say it is haram as the awrah (privates) is exposed to a non mahram (potentially male) and not a necessity.

Please can you elaborate on the conditions that would make ivf between husband and wife, halal or haram.

Q: My sister' husband conditionally says to my sister that if you do this, divorce will occur. This has happened 3 times. It is 2nd marriage of her husband and my sister lives alone and has to go out for groceries, etc. So she could not fulfill the conditions. Please tell if divorce has taken place or not?

Q: My husband gave me two divorces and after some years he gave me a third divorce. Between the second and third divorce he said to me that if you will go to my house (my house means his mother and relatives house) our divorce will happen. I never went to his house and his relatives house till the third divorce.

After iddat I married someone else and he gave me a divorce with his own will, not forcely. After iddat I married my first husband.

The condition in which he said in the previous nikah that if I went to my in laws house our divorce will happen, now is it permissible for me to go to my in laws house or not because now its a new nikah after halaala?

Q: In Usdul Ghabah it is said that Nabi صَلَّى اللّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمْ will be married to the sister of Moosa (alaihis salaam) in Jannah. Is this true?

Q: I want to know how to cut a females hair to come out of ihram. The front of her hair grows shorter than the back. Do I need to cut the back and front separately? (If so, must I do anything to recompense for the times when we just cut the back?)

Q: Two days ago, there was dog sniffing the pathway for a long time. I saw a small handful puddle of wetness. So on that area I pushed the pram back and front again twice. After couple of days, my son used to play with the pram tyre by rolling it on his hand. He did that with wet hands and touched utensils with wet hands to eat and below where I have later placed utensils on top when wet. Now I know if a dog licked it we have to wash the earth 7 times. Now because of the saliva that has spread on my house must I wash each utensil that have been touched by him.
