Q: Are the masnoon morning and evening duas to be recited after Fajr and Asr or after Fajr and Maghrib?

Q: We have recently received stock of an Islamic toy which we were unaware had music... The toy has many beneficial learning pages such as duas, surahs, Arabic alphabets, etc. but there is a button which plays nasheeds with musical instruments in the background.

Will it be permissible to sell such a toy? If the toy is sold with a note on how to remove the music and if the customer purchases it and chooses not to remove the music wire, will the seller be sinful?

Q: Yusuf is going shopping. So his friend Umar asks Yusuf to buy something for him and he will pay Yusuf later. Yusuf ends up getting a big discount.

Must Umar pay him the normal price or the discounted price?

Q: What is the significance and the ruling if the sunnah about "loving fellow believers and not taunting them" according to some Ahaadith like this:

Sayyiduna Mu’adh (radiyallahu ‘anhu) narrates that Muhammad (sallallahu ‘alayhi wasallam) said: ‘Whoever taunts a brother (Muslim) with a sin (which the Muslim has committed), will not die until he (the taunter) commits the same sin.’

Q: What is the ruling of a wasiyyat or will it only be opened and read after death? Is it fard or wajib or mustahab? 

Q: Whenever I take my son (2.5 years old) to the mall with my family for shopping, he always tantrums and cries to buy expensive cars (500 USD). If I have to take a small cheap car for him, he is never satisfied and sometimes he reminds me at home with a sad face. Alhamdulillah, my financial position is sound and I can afford to buy it. Q: Is a small amount of waterproof substance excused in wudhu?

Q: As I am fasting I thought the last time for sehri was 3:50am (mistakenly) but the actual last time for sehri was 3:49am. I drank water at 3:50am sharp. Would my fast be valid?

Q: My daughter is 2 years old. Her name is Hooram Fatima. I just want to ask is this name ok for her. As she is not well and most of the time she catches the flu, fever, etc.

1. My husband and I have been separated since 25 April 2019. I am currently living with my sister and her family. I left my home because my husband abused me badly, this is not the first time that he had lifted his hands. I stayed in the marriage for 5 years whereby I went through physical and verbal abuse to the extent that I was even scared to ask to go and see my 2 boys from my previous marriage. He has a very bad temper, thinks that my family is influencing me and swears my family. I have been supporting him all these years and still am to keep a roof over his head.

In the last 2 months I have spent time with my boys more than I ever did in the 5 years of being married to my current husband. I would like to know my rights as still being married going to see my children as they live with their father? I know that their father is now a non-mahram to me.

2. My current husband does not want to give me my talaaqs. He is prepared to only give one and take his time with the others. I feel so stuck and torn between my family, my boys and my current husband. I dont know what to do. I want to do the things the proper way.
