Writing a bad review about someone

Q: I have a question about online reviews. I had a bad experience with one of the local Muslim mechanics. The brother fixed 2 problems in my car and after a few days both problems came back. I went to him again and he did something and it came back again. He also charged me just like any other non-Muslim mechanic in town. I thought it is just a bad experience with me and I just lived with the problem because whenever I took the car to him he keeps the car for few days and it is very inconvenient for me without a car.

I took my other car to the same mechanic because he is Muslim and I try to promote Muslim businesses then he fixes a few things in my other car and the same thing happened to this car as well. He replaces the compressor of the AC and when I tried it in summer it worked for only a few days.

I wanted to write a review about him online so others are aware of this before going there but I wanted to ask the question before writing a bad online review. (Does Muslim or non-Muslim matters in this case)

Explanation of the Hadith "every disease has a cure"

Q: I am a Muslim and I am suffering from an incurable neurological movement disorder called Cervical Dystonia.

It is written in the Quran or Hadith but I don't know where exactly, that every disease has a cure in this world, but still my disorder is incurable.

Secondly Allah loves us more then 70 mother's and my mom would never want such a disorder on me, while Allah who loves his slaves more then 70 mother's has sent this disorder on me. So I am having doubts on such things.

Completing the construction of a building inherited from one's father

Q: I am a lady. I have two brothers. My dad left a house which has 2 floors; ground floor and first floor. On the first floor, there are only pillars. The construction was going on but my father passed away. The house was on my father's name itself but he used to say that the ground floor will be for my eldest brother and the first floor will have two portion, one for me and one for my other brother. But since he has passed away, my brothers are telling me to do the construction all by my own and they will not help me in doing that construction. They are telling me that if I want, I can do the construction and live there. Is this right? Should I do the construction on my own or should they also help me?

Ordering items for someone who refuses to accept it after it arrives

Q: A lady (non-Muslim) wanted to order some dress samples through me and promised to pay the amount. Although I was not interested, as it is not what I do; yet, she insisted, so I managed some how and got those samples through someone else and also paid the custom clearence from my own pocket.

The lady in question decided to stop the business due to some medical condition and when the samples arrived, she refused to take them saying that she did not like those. I still had to pay the person who arranged those, who actually tried his best to give nice pieces. It was not possible for me to return those samples neither was it possible for the person who arranged those to sell them. Somehow this lady paid me an insufficient amount to which I again added some more from my pocket and gave to the person who arranged those.

I did not know that the lady will put me in a chaotic situation where my own money and goodwill will go. So now I am trying to sell those dresses at least to get rid of them.

My question is “should I return the money to that lady in case I succeed to sell them” or I am allowed to keep it as per Islam, to recover my own cost”? Personally I feel that I should give her even if I do not sell those, so that she does not get a bad impression of Muslims.
