Husband saying that he will say talaaq

Q: The problem is, that my sister and her mother in law had a raw, and as the result, her husband got furious at her mom and my sister and got agressive and dragged my sister out of their house and wanted her to leave. When things started getting worse my sister said, "OK, I will leave". Her husband, still furious,(yelling at her) (first wanted her to leave) then put condition, if my sister will leave, he will say (Talaaq).

But my sister left, and now, her husband is calm, and they both want to live together. They have 2 children together.

This is very irresponsible behaviour from his side, thats for sure, but please advice us, is their marriage still sound? Will the marriage be broken if someone out of anger say's something like that?

Is it compulsory to don the ihraam when returning to Makkah after visiting Jeddah?

Q:

1. Zaid is going for umrah next month with his family, after performing umrah, when in Makkah Mukarramah, he plans on going to Jeddah with his family to the beach and places of tourists attractions, on returning back to Makkah Mukarramah from Jeddah, is it compulsory for the family to have Ihram on and do Umrah again?

2. In the above situation, if it's compulsory for them to do Umrah and put on Ihram, can they put on Ihram from Jeddah, if not then from which place?

3. In the above situation, is there any way or leeway in Shari'ah that when going to Jeddah from Makkah Mukarramah on returning back to Makkah Mukarramah from Jeddah, the family don't have to put on Ihram and do Umrah?

Qadha for breaking one's i'tikaaf

Q: A brother made intention to spend the last 10 days of Ramadhaan for i'tikāf. On the second day, due to a person passing away in his family (non-Muslim) his dad wanted him to leave his i'tikāf because he (his dad) had to go to the deceased's home and it would take a few days for him to return. So his dad wanted him to break his i'tikaf to look after his home and animals (pets). The brother had no choice but to break his i'tikaf on the second day.

1. How does he have to do qadhaa of his i'tikaf?

2. He intends to do qadhaa of his i'tikaf this Ramadhaan Insha Allah so will the fast in Ramadhaan suffice for him to keep his i'tikaf or does he have to keep fast outside of Ramadhaan to make up his qadhaa.

3. How many days does he have to do qadhaa for, 1 or 10 days.
