Q: Spending on ones family is sadaqa. Even we cant intent of sadaka before spending on family. I have a habit every morning where I keep away some money with the niyyah of sadaqa and at that very time, after taking out the sadaqa money, I also make dua to Allah to make my certain works done or certain affairs easy. My question is, can I spend that sadaqa money on my family?

Q: My husband gave me divorce on 20 May 2018. I came back to my parents house and completed my iddat period. As he wasn't doing any paper work and was forcing me to come back to him. I decided to make the papers by getting khula. I got khula on 6 April 2019.
Now my question is, after getting the khula papers, do I have to offer my iddat again or is it done since I already sat in iddat?

I have searched it on the internet and some say that it is haram to draw any living thing and some are saying that you are drawing without the intention of being equal to Allah. Q: I am planning to go for Umrah in Ramadhaan. We will be reaching Jeddah at around 10 pm and after immigration formalities we will travel to Makkah. We will hardly be reaching around Sehri.
The problem is that we will be too tired to perform Umrah immediately. Is it possible that we will not make niyyat of ihraam and after reaching the hotel, we will take rest and then the next day in the evening after Iftar we will go to nearest miqaat place and then make niyyat of ihram and perform Umrah.
