Does the husband saying "I am tired of this" constitute a divorce?
Q: If a person says to his wife "I am tired of this". Does that constitute a talaaq?

Q: For the saffs of the men, we understand that there should be continuity, and a gap larger than 2 saffs between saffs will cause the link to be broken, thus the salaah of those behind the gap will not be valid. (In the situation where there isn't any river, etc. inbetween).
What is the ruling regarding saff continuity for ladies? If a masjid has a room at the back, but between the last saff of the men and the women's room is a large gap, would the ladies salaah be permissible behind the imam? (assuming all other conditions are fulfilled such as the imam making niyyat for leading the ladies).
Q: I have contacted many doctors. I am like a girl, my body, chest, etc. My feelings are also like a woman. I know that this is not allowed in Islam and it is a sin. I am controlling myself but I want sexual relations with an older man and want to marry. My doctor confirmed that I am gay. What should I do?

لسيدي الشيخ أبي الحسن الشّاذلي الحسنِي رضي اللَّه عنه بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الرَّحْمٰنِ الرَّحِيمِ * يا عَلِيُّ يا عَظِيمُ * يا حَلِيمُ يا عَلِيمُ * أَنْتَ رَبِّي * وَعِلْمُكَ حَسْبِي * فَنِعْمَ الرَّبُّ رَبِّي * وَنِعْمَ الحَسْبُ حَسْبِي * تَنْصُرُ مَنْ تَشاءُ وأَنْتَ العَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ * نَسْأَلُكَ العِصْمَةَ فِي الحَـرَکاتِ وَالسَّکَناتِ * وَالکَلِماتِ وَالإِراداتِ وَالخَـطَراتِ * مِنَ الشُّکُوكِ وَالظُّنُونِ * وَالأَوْهامِالسَّاتِرَةِ لِلْقُلُوبِ * عَنْ مُطالَعَةِ الغُيُوبِ * فَقَدِ ﴿ ٱبْتُلِىَ ٱلْمُؤْمِنُونَ وَزُلْزِلُوا۟ زِلْزَالًا شَدِيدًا وَإِذْ يَقُولُ ٱلْمُنَـٰفِقُونَ وَٱلَّذِينَ فِى قُلُوبِهِم مَّرَضٌ مَّا وَعَدَنَا ٱللَّـهُ وَرَسُولُهُ ۥٓ إِلَّا غُرُورًا ﴾ * فَثَبِّتْنا وَانْصُرْنا * وَسَخِّرْ لَنا هٰذا البَحْرَ * كَما سَخَّرْتَ البَحْرَ لِمُوسَى * وَسَخَّرْتَ النَّارَ لِإِبْراهِيمَ * وَسَخَّرْتَ الجِبالَ وَالحَـدِيدَ لِداوُودَ * وَسَخَّرْتَ الرِّيحَ وَالشَّيَاطِينَ وَالجِنَّ لِسُلَيمانَ * وَسَخِّرْ لَنا كُلَّ بَحْرٍ هُوَ لَكَ فِي الأَرْضِ وَالسَّماءِ * وَالمُلْكِ وَالمَلَكُوتِ * وَبَحْرَ الدُّنْيا وَبَحْرَ الآخِرَةِ * وَسَخِّرْ لَنا كُلَّ شَيْءٍ * يا مَنْ بِيَدِهِ مَلَكُوتُ كُلِّ شَيْءٍ * ﴿ كٓهيعٓصٓ ﴾ (۳) اُنْصُرْنا فَإِنَّكَ خَيْرُ النّاصِرِينَ * وَافْتَحْ لَنا فَإِنَّكَ خَيْرُ الفاتِحِينَ * وَاغْفِرْ لَنا فَإِنَّكَ خَيْرُالغافِرِينَ * وَارْحَمْنا فَإِنَّكَ خَيْرُ الرَّاحِمِينَ * وَارْزُقْنا فَإِنَّكَ خَيْرُ الرَّازِقِينَ * وَاهْدِنا وَنَجِّنا مِنَ القَوْمِ الظَّالِمِينَ * وَهَبْ لَنا رِيحًا طَيِّبَةً كَما هِيَ فِي عِلْمِكَ * وانْشُرْها عَلَيْنا مِنْ خَزائِنِ رَحْمَتِكَ * وَاحْمِلْنا بِها حَمْلَ الكَرامَةِ * مَعَ السَّلامَةِ وَالعافِيَةِ فِي الدِّينِ وَالدُّنْيا وَالآخِرَةِ * إِنَّكَ عَلَى كُلِّ شَيْءٍ قَدِيرٌ * اللَّهُمَّ يَسِّرْ لَنا أُمُورَنا * مَعَ الرَّاحَةِ لِقُلُوبِنا وأَبْدانِنا * وَالسَّلامَةِ وَالعافِيَةِ فِي دُنْيانا وَدِينِنا * وَكُنْ لَنا صاحِبًا فِي سَفَرِنا * وَخَلِيفَةً فِي أَهْلِنا * وَاطْمِسْ عَلَى وُجُوهِ أَعْدائِنا * وَامْسَخْهُمْ عَلَى مَكانَتِهِمْ فَلا يَسْتَطِيعُونَ المُضِيَّ وَلا المَجِيءَ إِلَيْنا * ﴿ وَلَوْ نَشَآءُ لَطَمَسْنَا عَلَىٰٓ أَعْيُنِهِمْ فَٱسْتَبَقُوا۟ ٱلصِّرَٰطَ فَأَنَّىٰ يُبْصِرُونَ وَلَوْ نَشَآءُ لَمَسَخْنَـٰهُمْ عَلَىٰ مَكَانَتِهِمْ فَمَا ٱسْتَطَـٰعُوا۟ مُضِيًّا وَلَا يَرْجِعُونَ ﴾ * ﴿ يسٓ وَٱلْقُرْءَانِ ٱلْحَكِيمِ إِنَّكَ لَمِنَ ٱلْمُرْسَلِينَ عَلَىٰ صِرَٰطٍ مُّسْتَقِيمٍ تَنزِيلَ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلرَّحِيمِ لِتُنذِرَ قَوْمًا مَّآ أُنذِرَ ءَابَآؤُهُمْ فَهُمْ غَـٰفِلُونَ لَقَدْ حَقَّ ٱلْقَوْلُ عَلَىٰٓ أَكْثَرِهِمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُؤْمِنُونَ إِنَّا جَعَلْنَا فِىٓ أَعْنَــٰقِهِمْ أَغْلَــٰلًا فَهِىَ إِلَى ٱلْأَذْقَانِ فَهُم مُّقْمَحُونَ وَجَعَلْنَا مِنۢ بَيْنِ أَيْدِيهِمْ سَدًّا وَمِنْ خَلْفِهِمْ سَدًّا فَأَغْشَيْنَـٰهُمْ فَهُمْ لَا يُبْصِرُونَ ﴾ * شاهَتِ الوُجُوهُ (۳) وَعَنَتِ الوُجُوهُ لِلْحَيِّ القَيُّومِ * وَقَدْ خابَ مَنْ حَمَلَ ظُلْمًا * ﴿ طسٓ ﴾ * ﴿ حمٓ عٓسٓقٓ ﴾ * ﴿ مَرَجَ ٱلْبَحْرَيْنِ يَلْتَقِيَانِ بَيْنَهُمَا بَرْزَخٌ لَّا يَبْغِيَانِ ﴾ * ﴿حمٓ﴾ ﴿حمٓ﴾ ﴿حمٓ﴾ ﴿حمٓ﴾ ﴿حمٓ﴾ ﴿حمٓ﴾ ﴿حمٓ﴾ * حُمَّ الأَمْرُ وَجاءَ النَّصْرُ فَعَلَيْنا لا يُنْصَرُونَ * ﴿ حمٓ تَنزِيلُ ٱلْكِتَـٰبِ مِنَ ٱللَّـهِ ٱلْعَزِيزِ ٱلْعَلِيمِ غَافِرِ ٱلذَّنۢبِ وَقَابِلِ ٱلتَّوْبِ شَدِيدِ ٱلْعِقَابِ ذِى ٱلطَّوْلِ ۖ لَآ إِلَــٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ إِلَيْهِ ٱلْمَصِيرُ ﴾ * ﴿ بِسْمِ اللَّهِ ﴾ بابُنا * ﴿ تَبَارَكَ ﴾ حِيطانُنا * ﴿ يسٓ ﴾ سَقْفُنا * ﴿ كٓهيعٓصٓ ﴾ كِفايَتُـنا * ﴿ حمٓ عٓسٓقٓ ﴾ حِمايَتُـنا * ﴿ فَسَيَكْفِيكَهُمُ ٱللَّـهُ وَهُوَ ٱلسَّمِيعُ ٱلْعَلِيمُ ﴾ (۳) سِتْرُ العَرْشِ مَسْبُولٌ عَلَيْنا * وَعَيْنُ اللَّهِ ناظِرَةٌ إِلَيْنا * بِحَوْلِ اللَّهِ لا يُقْدَرُ عَلَيْنا * ﴿ وَٱللَّـهُ مِن وَرَآئِهِم مُّحِيطٌۢ بَلْ هُوَ قُرْءَانٌ مَّجِيدٌ فِى لَوْحٍ مَّحْفُوظٍۭ ﴾ * ﴿ فَٱللَّـهُ خَيْرٌ حَـٰفِظًا وَهُوَ أَرْحَمُ ٱلرَّٰحِمِينَ ﴾ (۳) ﴿ إِنَّ وَلِـــۧــِّىَ ٱللَّـهُ ٱلَّذِى نَزَّلَ ٱلْكِتَـٰبَ وَهُوَ يَتَوَلَّى ٱلصَّـٰلِحِينَ ﴾ (۳) ﴿ حَسْبِىَ ٱللَّـهُ لَآ إِلَــٰهَ إِلَّا هُوَ ۖ عَلَيْهِ تَوَكَّلْتُ ۖ وَهُوَ رَبُّ ٱلْعَرْشِ ٱلْعَظِيمِ ﴾ (۳) بِسْمِ اللَّهِ الَّذِي لا يَضُرُّ مَعَ اسْمِهِ شَيْءٌ فِي الأَرْضِ وَلا فِي السَّماءِ * وَهُوَ السَّمِيعُ العَلِيمُ (۳) * أَعُوذُ بِكَلِماتِ اللَّهِ التَّامَّاتِ مِنْ شَرِّ ما خَلَقَ (۳) وَلا حَوْلَ وَلا قُوَّةَ إِلَّا بِاللَّهِ العَلِيِّ العَظِيمِ (۳) * وَصَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَى سَيِّدِنا مُحَمَّدٍ وَآلِهِ وَصَحْبِهِ وَسَلَّمَ تَسْلِيمًا * وَالحَمْدُ لِلَّهِ رَبِّ العالَمِينَ ۞
Q: Are mushbooh foods considered najis? If I have some food which I later found out contained some mushbooh ingredients, and there is some residue/crumbs in my kitchen, do I consider this najis?
Q: I have qadhaa salaah for 3-4 days to make up. Is it ok if I perform my fardh first and then my qadhaa?
For example, Fajr Salaah for that day then Fajr Salaah for the day I missed?

1. A person at work renounced Islam. After 6 months, through the grace of Allah, he entered into the fold of Islam again. He is now asking me what is the ruling regarding the following:
- His rewards and sins of the past
- His qadhaa salaah before renouncing Islam
- His zakaat
2. Is it also correct that his Hajj as well as his nikaah will have to be redone?
3. Is there any other masaail that is pertanant for such a person to know?
Q: Can I invite or encourage someone to recite masnoon duas or some Quranic wazaif to others. Like dua of Hazrat Abu Darda (radhiyallahu anhu), dua of Hazrat Anas bin Malik (radhiyallahu anhu), etc.
Q: In the past, I have earned and used eBucks for car hire and purchasing plane tickets. Recently, I read that eBucks is impermissible. What can I do to compensate for the eBucks that I used in the past? Also, how I can correctly dispose of the eBucks earned thus far as I cannot get the cash to give it away with the intention of no thawaab?
