Hurmat-e-musaaharah

Q: I had a big discussion about hurmat musaharat with a scholor of the Shafi school of thought. There exists absolutely different opinions about this issue. Would you be kind enough to provide us all Quraan aayat and ahaadith with English translations on the basis of which the Hanafi scholars give fatwa for hurmat musaharat.

Secondly, how do we define shahwat and how is it determined for this issue?

Thirdly, why is there a great difference in opinion of both Shafi and Hanafi mazhabs.

Husband telling his wife "I want to divorce you"

Q: On 21st November 2018 we had a baby and on 29th November 2018 my husband said to me "I want to divorce you" three times. He had brought two witnesses with him. I was still impure from my delivery that time. Since then I am staying with my family and have been trying to reconcile with him. Now my husband is willing to reconcile but we dont know if it is possible. My husband says that even though he said "I want to divorce you" he had the intention of divorce. Can you please tell us if the divorce happened and how can we reconcile?

Husband retracting from his confession of divorce

Q: During a quarrel with one's wife, the husband said to his wife "We have no relationship" without the intention of divorce.

When the wife asked the husband what was his intention, the husband got angry and said that he had the intention of divorce but after some time later he said that he had no intention of divorce. He really said it without the intention of divorce.

My question is, the husband had no intention of divorce but he just said that he had the intention of divorce (he spoke a lie) so will divorce take place?
