Maintaining one's Hindu culture after accepting Islam

Q: I am a Muslim but my boyfriend is Hindu. He is going to convert to Islam and then we will get married. My question is that after accepting Islam, he wants to keep his culture the way it was. For example, he wants to have a wedding according to the Hindu culture. Is it permissible for him to keep his Hindu culture?

Also, I am willing to turn vegetarian because he was brought up as a vegetarian. Is it permissible for me to do this?

Haidh ending during the salaah time

Q: When my period ends and the time for salah is still there, I understand that the specific salah of that time is obligatory to read. I have more of an inclination to believe that this is what I did in the past months where my period ended - before I had learnt of this fact and I’d like to think that even if my period had ended and I didn't have enough time to do ghusl and read salah in the time, I still did qadha but because I’m not 100% sure, do I have to make qada of all the previous months on the day in which my period ended to be sure or can I leave it?

Reciting Surah Faatihah instead of atthiyyaat in salaah

Q: I was reciting Surah Faatihah in place of Attahiyyaat. I realized at the time when I was going to lift my index finger. I stopped Surah Faatihah then recited Attahiyyaat and ending with sajdah sahw or I completed Surah Faatihah and ending with Salaam only. Will my salaah be valid? If not, kindly inform me as how do I correct such an error in salaah?

Ruqyah treatment

Q: There is a facebook page where there are raqi's who suggests people ruqyah. In my case they suggested ruqyah for evil eye. The process is to listen to two audios, aayatul harq and evil eye ruqyah. And take ruqyah ghusl (keeping my hands in the water and recite surahs and take bath with that water) I did it before but didn't do it perfectly so the raqi suggested me to do it again for 2 weeks. Whenever I do this I become depressed, my concentration goes, my hair starts falling so much etc. Many people experience this in the early stage of ruqyah and after completing it, the symptoms are gone.

My question is, is this a sunnah method. Should I do it?

Ebucks

Q: I recently read a fatwa that you issued with regards to eBucks. Jazakallah for the fatwa. I am struggling to understand one aspect and would like you please clarify it.

As you noted in the definition of interest, interest is “excess devoid of any compensation which either of the transacting parties is entitled to due to it being a pre-condition in that transaction.” So one of the conditions for interest is that it should be a pre-condition which doesn’t seem to be met in eBucks. FNB from time to time changes the amount of eBucks given, the reasons for giving eBucks etc. This shows it is not a pre-condition and it is not part of the contract as FNB from their side only modify it from time to time. If this was a pre-condition and part of the transaction it would require the consent of both transacting parties. Therefore, it seems that the definition of interest does not fit into eBucks. Please clarify.
