Claiming a share in a property

Q: My father in law was alive when he distributed his property between his both sons. At that time, one daughter was married and she said that she does not want anything from her father's property. One daughter was unmarried and my father in law was unhappy with her so he didn't give her any right in his property.

The property of my father in law was divided between both his sons only. My father in law passed away some 14 years back and now the married daughter is asking for her share in the property which she refused when my father in law was alive.

My question is, does the married daughter have the right to ask for her share in the property now from her brothers?

Unauthentic reports regarding the birth of Hazrat Nabi (sallallahu alaihi wasallam)

Q: Recently I heard a bayaan that three things happened when our beloved Nabi Muhammad (sallallahu alaihi wasallam) was born.

1. He was born without an umbilical cord.

2. He was born without any blood stains on his body which usually is the case with every new born baby.

3. He was born with khatnah.

But he didn't mention any reference of Hadith. Before passing on this information to someone else, I would like to ask you if the above mentioned things are mentioned in the mubarak hadith's.

Woman working due to fear of divorce

Q: I know a married woman but she is not on good terms with her husband. She has been given one divorce by him but it was taken back. Now she is living with him again. Her husband earns above 60 thousand rupees per month and their monthly expenses are about 50 to 60 thousand rupees and they still save some money. The wife is not working or earning any money. But due to insecurities about her life with her husband, who does not treat her well, she wants to work and start earning for which she wants to join a government institute which is run on a zakat fund. Their admission criteria is that the applicant should be mustahiq-e-zakat.

My question is that, on the basis of the fact that she fears her future with her husband, she wants to earn money to be able to live life of her own if she gets divorced, does she fall in the catagory of mustahiq-e-zakat and can she take admission in that institute which is run through a zakat fund?
