Changing one's intention of staying away from sins

Q: I made a niyat a few months ago and now I want to make some changes to it because it is getting difficult to stick to the niyat. I made a niyat like this that "I am making niyat that I will stop committing this sin from today"

My question is, while making niyat I did not take Allah Ta'ala's name, I just said that I am making this niyat and is it still necessary for me to stick to this niyat? I want to stay on this but I just want to make some changes in it.

Omitting Surah Faatihah in the third or fourth rakaat

Q:

1. During the fardh salaah of Zohr, Asr, Maghrib and Isha, can the imam omit Surah Fatiha in the 3rd/4th rakat (when there is time constraints)? Stand for 3 subhanallahs before going in ruku.

2. Also, when one is performing Salah individually can one omit for the same reasons?

3. What is the status of Surah Fatiha in 3rd and 4th rakaat? i.e. Fardh, wajib, mustahab etc.

4. Is there any hadeeth to support?

Should one go abroad to work or serve his aged parents?

Q: My parents are aged. MashaAllah both are alive. My father is in 80’s and my mother is in 70’s. I’m the youngest child and my age is 25 years. I’m a resident of Pakistan and I've got admission in Ireland.

If I talk about the opportunity, it has a bright scope in future to move to Ireland. If I talk about my parents relationship then I’m in a doubt whether I’m missing the opportunity to live with my parents in their old age.

I seek your guidance whether to go to Ireland or continue to live with my parents in the light of the Holy Quran and the teachings of Nabi Muhammad (sallalaho alaihi wasallam) so that my heart could feel relief and I could further take a decision.

Unable to remove pubic hairs due to illness

Q: I am an LGMD and CCF sufferer and my husband got stage IV cancer. Lately my weight has shot up to nearly 120 kg and my hip joints are so tight that we can't even have sex. Also I am unable to clean up my private parts - I mean getting rid of the hair there, not washing. I tried shaving, but I got shaving rash and I can't reach the deeper parts. I tried waxing and removal creams. I nearly climbed through the roof from the reaction with my sensitized skin!

I am at wits end. I know the Sunnah says clean up there every six weeks at least, but what if you can't and you don't have close family that could help you? My husband can't either.

My question is now, taking the aforementioned into account and I know Allah would forgive me for things I can't do, would it be permissible for me to leave the hair on my private parts? I still remove the hair from my armpits every 4 to 6 weeks.
